Charging $17 for a burger and then an additional $5 just to add lettuce and tomato feels like nickel-and-diming customers. At that point, just price the burger at $22 and be upfront about it--it's a much better experience than feeling upcharged for basic toppings. Overall, between the poor service and questionable pricing, I won't be returning anytime soon. Hopefully they can make improvements, especially when it comes to customer service.
