A nice and small cocktail bar in the Kihei triangle of bars and such. It's pricier than the rest of the bars but their cocktails are a tad bit fancier and really strong. There's only one door and no windows so it can get hot in here. They have one TV which was playing Space Jam and 90s music in the background (I think it was a 90s night). There are only 2 bartenders which one of them kept apologizing of how service sucks. Which is odd esp if you work for the place, but maybe it's the post-pandemic feel of so many tourists and not enough staff. Anyway, we came for one drink and left. Love this little "dive" bar hidden away in Maui. The inside is so artistically creative, colorful and loud it was very unique. The bartenders were generous with their alcohol and their list of specialty drinks kept us coming back to the bar for more. They even had a drink that was flaming! When we got there around 9pm there was hardly anyone there, but by the time we left close to midnight it was packed. Seemed like a pretty mixed crowd, nothing shouted "LGBT" but it was filled with diverse friendly people. Almost never made it here because their website was deleted, thought it was closed. By far the worst service I ever received at a bar. Disclaimer, the drinks were great. Service was absolute trash. I order, chill, and eventually finish my drink. I'm literally picking my teeth with the toothpick that came with my cocktail. And I'm sitting at the bar. i.e. I clearly wanted another drink. Speakeasy-esque but also very laid back and local feeling. Love the plants. I ordered a mezcal cocktail that was really delicious - with mezcal, tequila, lemon, lime, orange, egg white, bitters and some sort of hot pepper/spice. Winning combo. It was also surprisingly good prices ($12 on a craft cocktail) vs the insane tourist/Maui prices we had seen on mixed drinks all vacation ($18+).
