We sang, laughed, drank great beer, met some awesome people, and stayed wayyyy longer than we originally planned -- always the sign of a good time. Our only questionable decision was realizing at closing time on a very late Sunday night that Ubers were basically nonexistent. At one point, we had fully accepted our fate and were mentally prepared to WALK all the way back to the Hyatt Regency, continuing to sing our hearts out the entire way, without a care in the world. Thankfully, the Uber gods eventually smiled upon us and we lucked out with a ride. Would we have walked miles home singing karaoke if necessary? Apparently. Would it have been worth it? ALSO YES. I paired this with the Fortaleza Still Strength Chartreuse Swizzle ($40): Green Chartreuse, Fortaleza Still Strength tequila, Maul Gold pineapple, Maul falernum, lime, served with custom pineapple cocktail pick. The cocktail pick was fun as you get to "choose your own weapon" and select a custom pick. Dominic was running the bar both nights and he was great. For drinks I ordered the mai tai ($15) which was strong but still on the sweeter side. They have daily happy hour from 3-5pm and live music every Saturday from 6-8pm. The wives were put-off by the thought of cream cheese on pizza. We instead ordered a Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and jalapeño pie. I remained obsessed with the Como-Stasw and vowed to return for it. The pep/sausage/jala was excellent. Crispy, thin crust. High quality meats and a fantastic cheese pull! At 10:30 PM. Dollies offers pizza by the slice, but only Pepperoni or Cheese. I did not know this when I returned solo for a slice of Como-Stase. Becky (my wife, not the server) stayed back in our condo while our travel companions had alternate plans. I sat at the bar and was warmly greeted by Stephanie who informed me that I'd have to get a whole pie. Well, I made some fast friends at the bar that night when I shared that pizza! Como-Stase marinara sauce, cream cheese, provolone, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, topped with green onions. Bro! One of the best pizzas that I've ever had! Cream cheese, Provolone and Parm! So good!
