For drinks I ordered the mai tai ($15) which was strong but still on the sweeter side. They have daily happy hour from 3-5pm and live music every Saturday from 6-8pm. He was extremely knowledable about the kava and made reccomendations based off the vibes we were going for. Rather than doing a kava cocktail, we opted to do the actual thing just to get a baseline of what it tastes like. The kava we had was hands down one of the better ones we've tried. If you've never had it before, its earthy and herbally kind of like tea and leaves a numb/tingling sensation on your tongue. The bar is super laid back, very casual.
