Mele, a red blend was also good, a lighter red than the GSM. We later found Mele in local markets, making it an easy choice of a bottle of wine to buy and take back to enjoy at our hotel. Also, expect a 3% service charge for the back of the house. Really, for the prices they charge for mahi fragments you could pay those people without a surcharge. Portions here are tiny. My mahi fragments were dry, over spiced and served with two unseasoned baby bok choi leaves and a slice of grilled tomato. For the price of almost $40.00. The beer was good and so was our server so they got one star for that. Otherwise, this place is touristy, overpriced and the maitre d' is slow on the uptake. I have a hard time getting away from the Diver Scallops and Scampi. Working in customer service means you don't let a bad day trickle down to your guests, and unfortunately, that's exactly how this experience felt. As for the food, it was just okay--nothing memorable. What really stood out (in a bad way) was the pricing. Charging $17 for a burger and then an additional $5 just to add lettuce and tomato feels like nickel-and-diming customers. At that point, just price the burger at $22 and be upfront about it--it's a much better experience than feeling upcharged for basic toppings. Overall, between the poor service and questionable pricing, I won't be returning anytime soon. Hopefully they can make improvements, especially when it comes to customer service.

We were staying across the street at the AC Marriott, so we could walk when the weather permitted. But this immediately became our watering hole. Dominic and Donna were just 2 of the amazing staff that kept us quenched. Mari and Kayla also were very hospitable. DRINKS were the best on Maui hands down. We're tried everything on the menu (except for a couple of the high roller libations). All winners. They even would sub out spirit bases when we were feeling adventurous (mezcal for tequila etc.) FOOD was also great. Top notch Poke bowl, but the beef bowl took the trophy. They also have a seasonal menu for specialty drinks and food items. Pork bao buns were on that, and we got a ton of those. On purpose. NO KIDS was also refreshing since it was spring break. 100% a 5 star spot. We will never forget Tikehau and we will be going back every time we visit Maui!
