He sent a rep out to measure and we got a very quick response with an estimate that was fair and with a quality window company. Like everything these days, the manufacturing process took time but that is to be expected and we were not in a hurry. Once the windows came in, they were shipped directly to us and his crew showed up (early) on the set appointment date. They swapped out eight windows in less than seven hours and we could not be happier with the results. The new Milgard Tuscany windows are, of course double paned, and light years better than the 60+ year old single pane windows we had before. Of course they are going to help with temperature control but our house is only one street away from a freeway and the noise reduction is spectacular.
