So one of my favorite food shows is Unique Sweets on The Cooking Channel (still watch old episodes) and saw them feature this sweet shop -- just had to stop by!!! Formerly called Fluff It, we decided to indulge and share a Samoa smores bowl with extra toasted marshmallows and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! . A must visit for sure . Was in love with the idea of this place but everything we got was EXTREMELY sweet. Could not taste any flavor in the s'mores bowl besides it being so sweet that you just want to stop eating. That also happened with the cookie with the fresh mellow in the middle. Super cute shop and many options, even for a gluten free restricted diet! Staff were extremely helpful and kind. We really enjoyed choosing our s'mores combo. It all looked delicious. In the end, cotton candy marshmallow in a graham bowl won out. Yum! Will be bringing friends back soon! Getting there was a bit hard to navigate due to the road construction on Gilbert. If you are coming from the South, I recommend driving up to Baseline on a different road like Lindsay, and then turning south on Gilbert. This place is really good! The owner is very welcoming and cordial. She shared a bit of how she started this business. I love supporting family own businesses. I needed a hot drink so I had the salted caramel coffee. It was really good! It was topped with a marshmallow that was soft, creamy and delicious. This is a quaint little shop that makes their own marshmallows! You can get s'mores, hot coco or a milkshake with a marshmallow added on. These are big Marshmallows and they have all kinds of different flavors. It's a bit messy but definitely worth it. Also I like that you can pick how toasted you want your marshmallow to be. So exclusive, there's only one in the country! Seeing all those videos on social media made me want to try it so bad, and then I found out that it was located only a couple miles away from my house. It was meant to be! I went in the evening with a couple of my friends on a week day and there was a fair crowd. The girl behind the counter suggested Samoa - vanilla bean marshmallow, rich caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate ganache, all in a graham cracker bowl. It was about $6. I didn't mind that since I wanted to see what all the hype was about. It's all about preparation and presentation. They used a fire torch to roast the marshmallows right if front of me. It was fascinating to watch! By the time I got it, it was too beautiful to eat. The marshmallow was so warm and gooey. My mouth's watering as I type. It was also definitely rich and I was not able to eat the rest of the night. The place is really cute with wood interior and warm decor. I love Toasted Mallow. For a couple years now, I have gone here to pick up stocking stuffers every Holiday season (like the snowman marshmallows for cups of hot cocoa). They are not just marshmallows but they have a lot of products that have marshmallow in it or pairs well with it. They also do a lot of collaborations and support other small businesses. Last year, we bought a half dozen of Christmas-themed cupcakes for a friend's dinner - all different flavors - and they were a hit (see the pictures)! Also, whenever my friends want to go out to celebrate an achievement, kick off the school year for their kids, or just spend time with family and friends, we come to this place as a group. Every time I have come here, I have had nothing but the sweetest exchanges - no pun intended. The team is always patient with me when I am indecisive about what I want, and when I first came there, they explained the whole process/different marshmallow creations you can make. My friends' kids are also just amazed at all the events or specialty items they have had in the past like the Harry Potter Butterbeer drinks or when they did a Cookie Monster dessert. I am so so pleased with my experience at Fluff It! I'd seen them at farmers market and have followed the instagram for over a year and finally tried out the shop. I took my sister and our friends there who had never heard of it. It is a tiny little shop tucked away! The sign made it fairly easy to find from the street though. It is really cute! I like all the decor and wooden signs and such. We decided we had to try out the smores bar. I had definitely never seen anything like that before! We got two and all shared them, was more than enough for the four of us. The super nice lady working there suggested that we get the graham cracker bowl instead of a regular smores, so we took her advice! Glad we did too, seemed to be significantly less messy that way (yet still quite messy). My sister and I shared the pb cup one, which had mini pb cups, chocolate sauce, and peanut butter with a cocoa marshmallow. Our friends shared the brownie one without cherry, and they also loved it. I also like that you can built your own, and you can watch them make it! Wasn't too overly expensive either. Absolutely delicious too. I absolutely adore anything s'more related. S'more cheesecake, s'more brownies, the s'more drink at Starbucks . . . . So I was extremely excited to try out Fluff It when I found them on Instagram. However, I was pretty let down when I visited Fluff It this week for a chocolate chip cookie s'more. It looked incredible online, and nothing sounds better to my taste buds than a warm, toasted marshmallow wedged between two soft chocolate chip cookies. But I noticed as they made my s'more that the cookies were packaged, not fresh. When they toasted my marshmallow with a blowtorch, an odd smell filled the room -- nothing like the normal scent of toasted marshmallows. And they doused my s'more in chocolate sauce, which I certainly didn't expect, and which (in my opinion) totally masked the flavor of the rest of the s'more. I have to say in all honesty that I'd rather have a bagged marshmallow from the store than one of Fluff It's. They're completely flavorless, which is a major bummer. The cookies also tasted incredibly stale, and weren't soft at all. It wasn't worth eating the whole s'more. I really wanted to love Fluff It; it's a s'more-lover's dream. However, don't drive all the way to Gilbert just for that. You'll be disappointed. read more

Holy hell, that's good marshmallow! Saw a piece about FiM in Phoenix Magazine and here on Yelp!. Since it's our daughter's birthday, we said "A-OK" when she expressed the want to visit to celebrate. Glad we did! The shop is a small one in a strip shopping center. Very nicely done and welcoming. Provided you're not diabetic, it smells like heaven walking into the store. It was followed shortly thereafter by a bunch of "Oooohs" and "Aaaahs" from the kiddos. And my wife. I just yelped softly with delight. The young ladies working the store were super friendly and explained more about marshmallow cuisine that I knew existed. They were uberfriendly with our little ones, as well.
