Stopped in with 2 friends for dinner since of them has been to the Reston one before. The ambiance is great and staff is really friendly. There was live music on the Thursday we went in. It's pretty lively in there so if you are looking for a place to have deep conversations at 6-7pm, this isn't it haha. My friends said their food, Prime rib French dip sandwich and pesto grain bowl were good. We also started out the nachos which was pretty good as well. I did feel like my shrimp skewer was a bit dry with the rice and broccoli. It needed a bit more sauce-y salsa. Also a good selection of cocktails and wines. Some interesting holiday themed drinks too! Otherwise it's a great spot for HH and quick gatherings! read more

Sat for over 30 minutes without getting my order taken. It's such a shame because the food looked delicious.

Thanks Lindsey for the stellar service. Wish you were at every restaurant I visit! He made the whole experience. tasty poke bowl and beautiful Mediterranean salad. read more

Really liked the vibe of this restaurant. Very nice bar. Food good but not outstanding. Service good but not great. I will definitely come back. Good beer menu read more

I walked in at 1025PM on a Friday, they close at 11. The hostess told me they were closing and could not seat me.

The Mac and cheese was unreal. I don't know if I was just hungry or if that was amazing. My garlic parm fries where I think overly garlicy which feels stupid to say. The drinks were amazing and I loved the Christmas decorations. My steak was good, not amazing though. read more

The service was, well, pretty much non existent. As a former server myself, I try to give servers some grace when giving negative reviews, but there was no excuse for the lack of service we received at this restaurant. The food was mediocre and menu options were just so-so. The drink menu did look fun. The ambiance was quite fun. This is perhaps best described as a bar scene, only, and doesn't quite hit the mark as a restaurant. read more

We had to keep reminding the waitresses about our food. we even had to get the manager involved. I had such high hopes, we won't be back

formal-ish but casual dining establishment. went for a team lunch. people were dressed for work, nicely, but not stuffy. everything from the appetizers we had (calimari, brussels sprouts, wings, bang bang shrimp) to my entree (poke bowl) were decent to fantastic, and quite flavorful (not bland at all) some of the wing drums were slightly dry, but nothing the sauce couldn't conquer. will definitely be going again. read more

I had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine during my visit, and I must say the experience was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she was warm and attentive. Really setting up good vibes for the meal. She was fun and made the eating there so entertaining. The attention to detail was everything! If you want a good time and great food, ask for Jasmine! read more

Lindsey our waiter was amazing! So respectful and kind - understood our order perfectly! Can't wait to come back! read more

For what you get, food is overpriced and reminds me of when there used to be TGI Fridays in the area. After I was seated at my table which itself took a while, nobody even acknowledged that I was there and I had to go chase down one or two people just to get a menu and a glass of water. Then after that, part of my order was put in so that I did not receive the entree and at that point I just left after eating my appetizer. I have been to another branch of this restaurant that is in Vienna or Herndon, I think it was, and the customer service and food experience was significantly different (better) from what I remember. read more

The food was subpar to the point where we had to call the manager. It was cold and not flavored. There was also lots of hair on the seat that is the booth seat. Very disappointing experience. read more

Had the best time at happy hour this week. My bartender (Nilonel) was great and very helpful in picking out a drink to try. 10/10 will be back! read more

We had a subpar experience. Waiters were nice and food was mediocre. Will come back again and try a different dish and update review.

Terrific day to sit outside on their patio and have a nice conversation while eating a late lunch. I had the Tuna Poke Bowl and share the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. Everything was fantastic and server was friendly and attentive. read more

Really enjoyed this place. Plenty people were dressy and plenty were casual. So wear what you want. The service was great and very on point. The food tasted was great, no salt or pepper needed here! read more

The ambiance was ok, but the first person you meet is a lady with serious RBF. We asked for a table in the shade outside and she immediately sits us directly in the sun where there were several tables in the shade. We expected a bit more for an up and coming area and reputable restaurant. There were 3 bartenders and I must have gotten the other disgruntled one who thought a 2 finger pour meant total liquid volume. This was my Signature $15 Maker's Maple Old Fashioned... Seriously underwhelming. The Ribeye we ordered MEDIUM came out well done... The only saving grace was a nice server and the manager was nice enough to bring us ice for one of our kids when he bumped into the side of the table. read more

Arlington Location - Miguel - Happy Hour! 5 stars! Originally the hostess did not offer happy hour because it was close to 6 oclock (end of happy hour) but we opted to sit at the bar regardless and Miguel not only took care of our happy hour requests before the cutoff but also made us speciality drinks later in the evening. We ordered the Nashville Hot tenders, sliders, wings, and a fews drinks each and all were very good! Thanks, Miguel for an enjoyable Happy Hour! read more

Pros: Modern, lively indoor/outdoor space and music make it date and group friendly. Good mixed drink. Friendly staff. Cons: Bland, overdone trout. Inconsistent service. Did not see my server after receiving my meal so no refills and had to ask someone else for the check. While bartenders and one server seemed attentive their patrons, mine gathered in the back with other staff out of sight. Sunmary: Cool space with lots of potential, but room for improvement. Value not there, yet. read more

The vibe was great ambiance. The food was good. The spicy chicken appetizers and the nachos were great. The service was alright. They almost made us wait a half hour because we were early. I found it unusual. read more

Came as a walk-in, my friend and I. Server greeted us for drinks, drinks came out, gave us some time, then asked for our food order. Server did not check on us to see how food was. We waited for a while, when we were finished eating and he came finally came over, immediately with his portable payment device. He never asked if we wanted dessert. I just asked for the check after this occurred. My friend paid cash and server had an attitude while giving his change back. Had no idea the money he had in his wallet he had and what he was prepared to tip. Server was barely attentive to us in comparison to the white patrons around us. Due to this terrible experience, we left NO TIP. My friend and I have both worked in the industry and this was by far the rudest service we've had in a while. Also, food was decent, 6/10. We won't be back. read more

I visited Makers Union at the Arlington location and had zero complaints. The food was soooo good and reasonably priced. My friend and I chose the unlimited brunch option for $32. There was a lot of food that we obviously couldn't finish so they allowed us to take our food to go, which I thought was nice because most places that have buffet or unlimited food options don't allow that. Our server was Ashlyn, and she was very professional, kind, and attentive. I will definitely return to try their lunch and dinner menu. read more

Came here when we were staying down the street. Place is really nice and has a good bar vibe inside. I must say the food doesn't add up to what it should be. My wife had the flank steak which was like bubble gum and not seasoned. I had the chicken ceasar which was run of the mill salad with not seasoned at all chicken. The kids burgers are actually a slider, they each had two entrees. I wish they would say they were a slider and we would've gotten the regular one. Cool place to meet friends for drinks but the food needs help. read more

This is a fun place with lots of energy. If you are looking for a happy hour, a place with a group of friends to enjoy or solo to sit at the bar and watch a game, you will have a great time. When the weather broke, the walls opened and flowed to outdoor dining. Went with a friend and ordered the grilled ribeye - and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I asked if they can sauté onions and jalapeños for my steak and they did not disappoint! The steak was flavorful, greens and baked potato on the side. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made us comfortable. read more

this place is so nice, i love the color of the booths but the food was even better. i came for the happy hour and the deals are pretty good. i got the nachos with chicken and the best part were the fresno and jalapeño peppers (they actually had a nice kick to them-- most places are rather mild but these were actually flavorful) i also got the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, and it was absolutely delicious, plus the garlic bread was grilled to perfection. i also ordered the lemon drop martini and it's one of the best lemon drop's i've ever had. it was the perfect balance between sweet and tart. the service was great as well, i was helped out by Erica and Miguel and they were great conversationalists (you can tell they're experienced bartenders) they made great recommendations, and were very attentive. 10/10 recommend and 100% would come back read more
