I was fostering a dog who was matted and dirty, and who I was very quickly trying to find the best home for. Mariia squeezed me in next day and did an incredible job on Lexie girl! She got adopted the next day! Mariia has a very calm demeanor and I felt very comfortable leaving lexie with her. I love that it's in a residential spot and not in a big pet store with lots of kennels and such. We have another groomer that we've used for a while but it's challenging to book w him, but after my seamless experience with Mariia, I've decided to use her as our groomer too for our two dogs!

I've been bringing Gucci with Maria since he was 4 months my baby is almost 1 in December. She is an amazing groomer, I definitely feel comfortable leaving Gucci with her She gets back to you super fast and sends you updates through out your babies appointment !! She makes sure you are satisfied with the haircut. I've also brought my Moms doggie with Maria. We had been taking him to Petco and we would notice that he would always come back anxious and fearful or would pull away every time we entered the store. He's been with Maria once and the time that he went he didn't come back with those signs, so that's when I knew I was at the right place. As a new pet parent I wanted my fur baby to have an amazing experience without trauma, where he would be well taken care of. I have made the right choice with Maria!!

Mariia did such a wonderful summer cut for our little mini poodle mix. He looked like he had a great time! Definitely recommend!

I LOVE Maria ! Aside from being an amazing person, she is wonderful with animals and genuinely has a passion for grooming. My Pepper came home looking amazing! Pepper has a lot of hair and a thick undercoat but he came back fluffy and soft! Easy drop off and pick up and I know my little one is in good hands.

Maria was amazing with our yorkie pup. This was his first time getting groomed and he was already scared since his sister ginger didn't go with him. Maria made him feel comfortable and it definitely shows in the end result. He was a new puppy after. Happy and excited to go home and show off his new look. My partner found this place through Yelp and I'm so happy with the service! Maria responded to my text super quickly and was very thorough and responsive. She was willing to let me drop by really quick before our actual appointment to get one of the pom's butts shaved since it was getting nasty and stressing her out, and Maria didn't charge me for it. Very communicative, transparent, and did an amazing job with these two! My dog Mason has never looked cuter. Because Mason generally has a tough time with the groomers, taking him to the groomers was a difficult task. But the owner is so patient with him and he always looks so adorable. I drive more than 45 minutes each trip so that Mason can get his hair cut here. It's so worth the drive because he looks so cute every time and I know he was well taken care of. I highly recommend this place. read more

We have a large senior rough collie who has seen MANY groomers over the years -- Maria's work blew all of the other grooming experiences out of the water! She seriously gave our dog the best haircut he's ever had and she did it in under 2 hours. We are extremely satisfied with her work! Not only did she do a phenomenal job in a short period but our dog came home relaxed and happy -- He is a sensitive/anxious boy so knowing that Maria provided a nice and peaceful experience for him makes me feel good about leaving him in her care! read more

100% recommend! My shy poodle bichon warmed up to Mariia immediately! I felt so safe leaving my girl in good hands and confident in the cleaning and major haircut and nail trimming I asked for! And I was right! Mariia listened to what I wanted and the results prove it! She also took a photo of my girl's teeth and was able to educate me on what lll issues she might be experiencing and what to do, without any incentive on her end, it was clear to me she simply cared about my dog and had her absolute best interest in mind! One of my friends posted that they got their pup groomed here and she looked great! i've been on the hunt for a new groomer since the one I had is not meeting my expectations anymore. Mariia responded so fast to my DM on instagram which i truly appreciated because sometimes it can be so hard to get in touch with a groomer! She was very flexible with my crazy schedule which I truly appreciated. During the whole grooming for both of my dogs she gave me little updates which was nice because I was able to gauge when I had to be back while getting breakfast. We took our 11 week old pup to Mariia at 'Make it Cute'. As first time pet owners we were nervous about what to expect from a groomer. We called the first grooming service with a 5 star review I.e. 'Make it cute' on Saturday evening. Mariia was very courteous on the phone, she put our worries about getting our pup groomed to rest and setup an early morning 8:00 am appt on Sunday morning! Just moved to the area and had a not so great experience with the first groomer we went to in Pasadena, so you can imagine finding a new groomer was a bit nerve wracking! I found Mariia on Yelp and extensively searched through her reviews and Instagram pictures (all 5 stars and beautiful work!) and decided to book an appointment for my two boys. I was so happy to find Maria through a posting at Pet Food Express where I volunteer with cat adoptions. My 10 year old cat is a bit fearful and Maria was so gentle with her. I appreciate it because I didn't know that my dog was scared of getting her nails trimmed. They're always busy so make sure you call ahead to make your appointment. They also have a store attached to them so you can buy retail items there. The service was pretty fast and there's tons of things to do nearby while you wait. Pricing was $95 for my pup. My only complaint was the parking. It was a little difficult as it is street parking only.

I've been taking bestie here for maybe a year now and I swear he comes back looking even cuter and like himself? His fur is so soft and fluffy. I've had groomers in the past just shave my doggy down and his fur would grow back weird. But my dogs fur grows back nice and soft and actually easier to manage because he has a curly type of hair. Whenever I go I expect to wait a few hours. I do not mind though because my groomer does a beautiful and consistent job each time. I highly recommend fluffy puppy for anyone in the market for getting there fluffy puppy groomed here. They definitely know what there doing. Danorris is GREAT at her job as a doggy stylist (please excuse my mispelling I love her ) she knows exactly what my dog needs and shes so gentle. !!!!!

I told them that the last vet I took him to cut his nails a bit too short and there was a little blood. And Fluffy Puppy has been so mindful of that and Goji never had this problem with them. This morning, I took Goji for his first bath, ear cleaning, etc with them and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! Christina handled him so well and said he was a good boy! I was shocked. He came out looking fresh, smelling good, happy, along with a cute Fluffy Puppy dog bandana. It's so hard for me to trust anyone with Goji, but Fluffy Puppy has proved themselves time and again that they are so careful and good at what they do! Thanks to all!

Dude almost died when we had to remove all his teeth. When we adopted him and his partner, they were super neglected advance case rescues--and this little guy has bad lungs, liver, pancreas, and personality (IYKYK these little jerks). In 2025, after we took out the poor guy's remaining teeth, his pancreas started failing post-op. It took us about 6 months to get him back to health. In that time, he lost a ton of weight and most of his hair. His butt was actually bald! Then, miraculously, or through pure yorkie dark side terrier magic, he actually got MORE healthy with MORE hair...but different hair, and different texture, and even different colors! It is wild. Today, we took him in for his first groom since being on the verge of death, and the little guy looks like a puppy again. He clearly feels great with the last few months of bulk coming off. In any case, this is THE best spot for getting your dog groomed if you need to know that they will be treated right. I am so worried 24/7 about this little fragile dude, and Roch and Gertrude is the only place I leave him besides the vet where I cannot keep eyes on him.

My wife came across R&G when looking for dog groomers and we've been coming back to R&G regularly since 2019. Later, in 2021 we rescued another little senior dog named Mimi. She had a bit more sass than Max and unfortunately her last owners hadn't done the best job caring for her coat. R&G treated her with so much love and respect that they were able to give her a bath and give her a great looking trim that we almost didn't recognize her. She looked like a refreshed dog. Unfortunately, Mimi passed in 2023 but R&G was also caring enough to be there for us as we navigated that loss. To this day we continue to recommend R&G to anyone looking for a dog groomer because they will treat their pets like the family they are. Even though we moved 40+ minutes away from Pasadena, we still make the drive to come here because they are worth it. Leanne, Elizabeth, Jasmine, and the team are caring to both our dogs and to us and we will continue to come to R&G for our dog grooming needs.

Havent notice a difference yet but just started so hopefully itll be good. The cat treats we bought were on sale since they were in stock for the christmas season. They have dog grooming services and a variety of dog and cat goods that you might not be able to find at petco or petsmart.

Now I moved and have two dogs and bring them to Pasadena location. They are not cheap but to me it's worth the price because I know my pups are well taken care of. One of my dogs actually pulls me into the store when he gets there so you know he has had good experiences there.

I brought my mini aussiedoodle teddy to make it cute for the first time and I'm so impressed. I just moved to the area so I needed to find a new groomer for teddy, he has really curly hair and gets matted really easily. I was looking to get him a summer cut since it's been very hot lately, and she did such a great job with him. He loved her right away and he didn't have any cuts or marks on him after grooming since that's happened to him in the past with other groomers. I'll be coming back regularly!! read more

Maria did an incredible job! She was so sweet and gentle with Coco and you can tell she really cares for our pets. I was super nervous looking for a groomer since Coco is shy around people and it was her first grooming but Maria was truly incredible. Loved her energy and how she matched Coco's trim with a photo of similar look I showed her. Highly, highly recommend. Coco also smells amazing and was very happy post-groom. read more
