If I could leave a 10 star review I would I've seen this place a few times when getting off the freeway and have always wanted to stop by and try their self grooming station. Let me tell you from the moment I walked in the door without hardly saying a word the staff "Hoagie" I think he might be the owner, went above and beyond. He helped me get to the dog wash station got the supplies and apron ready for me. Showed my how to clean my dog better than I would've on my own. They even have a blower station to dry the dog and towels. They cleaned her ears for me and it was one of the best experiences. Let me start off by saying this is the second time I took my dog here. The owner Hoagie is very nice and accommodating. The first grooming was good and no complaints there. This time around though, I dropped my dog off for a groom and he came back with a deep cut near where he was neutered. It's not just like a little cut, I have to apply antimicrobial wound ointment on him. His haircut looks like an amateur cut his hair. I've never seen any other groomers trim his face like this. I'm not sure who was allowed to give this haircut but that person should go back to grooming school cus this is not it. Take a look at pictures that I from a day after coming here for a grooming (please disregard his eye boogers he just woke up). What kind of fucked up haircut is that?! Excuse my French but seriously. Not only that but he was nicked near his butt. How careless. So my furbaby got an ugly, uneven, messed up haircut and he was hurt in the interim leaving him with a wound. Never again. As a first time dog owner, I was also a little nervous because I've heard horror dog groomer stories in the past. After seeing my dog was only four months old, he suggested a basic puppy groom. To make it a positive experience for my puppy, he invited me to come in, see his working stations, and also watch while the grooming took place. Yesterday we took our baby in for a haircut for the first time in her life. Latte is a very nervous dog and difficult to stand still. Her hair was growing out so long and doesn't look cute at all. I have had two of my senior dogs groomed here and every time the owner complains about the dogs and how difficult they are. My dogs are old, deaf, blind, and incontinent of bowel and bladder. Was excited to try this place , Took my 2 schnauzers to get groomed and wasn't satisfied with their haircut. It was very choppy and patchy. One of my dog had a lot of almost bold patches on his chest and the head of my little schnauzer was patchy as well. My dogs were so eager to get out of there as soon as possible.
