Yes, I recommend Make It Cute! I moved to Pasadena recently and was looking for a new groomer in the area. I found Make It Cute through Yelp and decided to try it. I've taken my 2-year old Pomeranian twice. Once for a bath and the second time for a haircut. I was very happy with the results both times. A few things to note: 1. Booking is mostly done through text. The groomer is very responsive, but does get booked. Plan to make your appointment at least a week ahead of time. They are closed Wednesday and Thursday every week. 2. During both grooming appointments, I received pictures of my dog. The groomer is also very informative. Any time I have a concern, she takes the time to explain things. 3. Grooming location is at a home. I was skeptical at first, but it's legit. There is always parking right out front. 4. Prices are pretty standard. 5. Make sure to share any concerns you have about your dog before leaving them with the groomer. That's something that will help the groomer and your dog. Mariia is so wonderful! We've been going to her the last couple of months. She has great communication from making the appointment, drop off, and pick up. She adapts to your requests without hesitation or judgement. My dog goes hiking and does a lot of outdoor activities. I try my best to comb him out but his doodle hair catches on burrs and seeds like no tomorrow. After each time with Mariia, he always comes out smelling so good and feeling so soft and fresh. Mariia of Make it Cute is just the best. She is kind, and so sweet that my dog, Chewie, just loves her. Chewie is a big standard poodle and he doesn't love all groomers.
