My most recent issue was that my desktop computer was not connecting to the internet. James, the service rep, came to our home and tried to fix the problem there, but when that didn't work, he took the computer back to the shop, tested it there, and found that my computer connected without any problem at the shop. The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices.
