This company makes the best looking security screen out there, and it's all done in-house at their place in Redondo. Roman came out and explained how they custom build and install it and later came to install the door when it was ready. We could not be happier with the perfect fit of the door and his install job. The cost was reasonable for the quality and service that you get from Majestec. It looks great, and it's more secure than just the regular door. I can also leave the regular door open to get a nice breeze without the bugs or burglars coming in. read more

Best experience I've had with a front office and their technicians. Roman came out to do all measurements and installation. My wife loves the security our front door (which is made of glass) now has. Great material and functionality. These doors do take time to fabricate (at least 2 months) and get delivered, but Roman is honest and transparent with this from the very beginning. Totally worth the wait!! read more

Majestic did an amazing job securing our home. They were reasonably priced and on time! Love them!!

I'm so late to leave this review, but these folks deserve every one of their stars. The security I feel with our doors is amazing. They're also so beautiful and not like those tacky iron security doors. The view from inside is so transparent, it took a few days for my chihuahua to stop running into it (which was kind of funny to him and us). The only downside is waiting 6-8 weeks for your order to be custom made! But you get what you pay for and I'm grateful for every penny I spent on these. Expensive, yes. Worth it, 10000%. I bought two sets of french doors, two regular doors and one custom window. read more

I have two security screens installed today. Jason did a great job on the installation of both doors. Each door was configured to have the same key to open the door. Jason was on time and very professional in his installation even to the smallest detail. Everything was clean when he left. Thanks to Jason and Beth in the office for a great experience. read more

Spoke to Beth yesterday morning inquiring about a quote for our security screen doors. Said she would update me with a quote and never heard from her since. No replies to email, nothing. Spoke with other companies and they've all quoted me within two hours or the day. Edit- You're right. She stated in our email at 9:46am that "if your tech feels he can work with it, she'll call me with pricing." So if your tech said no, she wouldn't call or email me back? I replied if she can update me anyway so I can continue searching for this screen. No response. Just a friendly call or email stating she's still waiting on the tech would have sufficed. read more

Excellent experience with this company. From the wonderful and helpful Beth in the office, to Roman and crew who installed this incredible product. I was actually worried that inside the house would be very dark after putting on the screens but to my amazement it made no difference to the light inside the house. These screens look great outside and in. The installation took the whole day with Roman and his crew. Came at 8am and was finished by 3pm. I already have neighbors interested and I cannot recommend Majestec highly enough. Great experience. Many thanks Majestec. read more

Awesome company and we love our new door. Roman was great with making sure everything was satisfactory. Yes, the ordering process did take longer than expected, but every other project I have going is having the same issue with the supply chain. Just be patient and you will be rewarded. Both Roman and Beth are great to work with. The door looks and fits great and I am happy we selected Majestec. read more

Just had a Majestec dual sliding security screen door (with the upgraded mesh) installed to secure a laundry room at an apartment building. Very happy with the finished product: easy to lock/unlock, slides like butter, very secure. Surprised how easy it is to turn the key even with the 3 point locking system. Doesn't require the latching handle like the doors. The process went smooth even with C-19. Worked with Beth to schedule, and met Roman to obtain the quote and handle the install (2 hours). They bolted the screen door into the concrete floor and the wood frame. Nice job and a 10-year warranty. Quality product that is worth the cost. Thank you Majestec read more

We ordered this security screen door based on our friend who purchased three of them and who loves them. Our door order got caught in the supply chain meltdown and was delayed big time. We were ready to give up but then Steve, one of the owners, literally came to our door and worked with us for several weeks, holding our hands. The door finally arrived and we couldn't be more pleased and happy we waited. It looks great, works great and assures us the security and quality we were searching for. read more

The screen looks great, integrates well with the house and most of all provides that extra element of security we've been looking for. We have floor to ceiling view out the front door now which will be great once summer rolls around. All the staff from the estimator, office staff and down to the installer, were very professional and friendly. We will use them again when we replace our rear slider by the pool. read more

Update: After having my front and back door screens installed I decided to do the whole house. Last week we had the last screens installed and they look great. Majestec Premium Security Screens just finished my door installs today. I got the front and back door done. Front door had a sidelight that I also had covered. I must say I am very impressed and glad I waited for these doors... they look AMAZING. They were custom made and moved the Majestec door handle up a bit higher so it wouldn't interfere with our front door hardware. Jeremy did a great job measuring everything, explaining how the doors work, how they are made and the possible options for the install. The worst part was waiting for the doors after we placed our order. The anticipation of getting a breeze through our house and being able to leave the doors open. It didn't help reading on Nextdoor how there were neighbors having their front doors kicked in when they weren't home. This made me really want to get these on quickly. These screens give me the peace of mind knowing my wife can open the door if someone knocks and not worry about someone rushing in. You could get the same peace of mind with those iron security doors from Home Depot, but those start to look bad after a couple years. These Majestec doors look clean. The install took about 4 hours for both doors. There was some buildup of the existing front door that Jeremy did to make everything fit flush. It took three hours for the front door and sidelight, one hour for the back door. Jeremy cleaned up when done and it looked like no one was even there. read more

After being burglarized, my husband and I were on a hunt on how to further secure our home. If you are looking get security screens installed, look no further than Majestec!!! I did tons of research on products and price shopped around. I compared Majestec's products and prices against 3 other companys' prior to choosing them and they did not disappoint. They weren't the cheapest, but definitely the best in terms of dollar per product delivered. Beth was responsive each time I called. Julio was able to answer technical questions for me as I compared their products with other company's products (when Jed was not available) and Jed, our installer, was superb - he is a true perfectionist and gets the job done to our ultimate satisfaction. I simply cannot recommend Majestec enough. Thank you so much for making our home feel safe again. read more

Where should I start. All I can say is WOW! I first looked at all the videos Jason had on you tube. I was looking for security for my windows and doors. I had no idea they made such security screens. I first called their 800 number and spoke to a very polite man who helped me get information and prices. I made an appointment and JED came to my house to get precise measurements of my windows. They are a little pricey but when you see what advantages they give you , it's worth it. I got 11 windows with their security screens (first time I got 6 then later I got the last 5 done). I even did the bathroom window. Let me tell you, not only were they very professional but they made sure I was happy with the results. JED did an excellent job putting each window up and making sure it look good. He even caulked each window for the small gaps that was left between the window and window frame. It looked beautiful. Let me tell the advantages of these windows that sold me. 1. The screens are metal, not your usual screen mesh that is easy to break through 2. The screens block out 60% of the suns rays and uv light. That means your house will be a lot cooler than without the security screens 3. If anything was thrown on your security screens, windows or doors, it will not do any damage because they have a high resistance to pressure. I can rest assure that nothing will break my windows from the outside. 4. The screens give plenty of air flow when you leave the windows open. You can rest assure that no one will be able to break into your windows easily. I leave them open often to give fresh air and not worry about break ins. 5. These screens you cannot see in during the day but from the inside we can see very clearly outside. They are awesome. 6. Last, they come with a 10 year warranty against rust for the screens. I truly believe they will last a lot longer than that. I do not live in a bad neighborhood but I have the added safety of knowing that i will be safe inside and can NOW have air flow in my house. I truly recommend these for all who value security, safety and a piece of mind. read more

Jeremy rocks! Fixed up my patio sliding door and gave me a discount. There was another seller in my area who also sells security screens, but he missed my appointment date and couldn't give me a discount. Jeremy did my door in 2 hours. Looks great and secure. While I normally do not write reviews for anything I purchase, I thought this one was well-deserved. I had screens placed on my windows and sliding glass doors. Beth and Roman guided me through the process all the way. The prices are competitive, but it's the customer service and follow through that made going with Majestec worth the time and expense. And both Beth and Roman take the time to make sure you are satisfied and the project is done right. Not only do the screens looks amazing, they do exactly what I want - provide the added security I was looking for. It was the best decision I made when narrowing down the most effective and aesthetically pleasing options. I would use Majestec again in the future, without reservation. I am joining a list of happy, satisfied, and safer customers. You will not be disappointed. read more

The first time I called it went to voice mail and it took someone a day to call me back which is understandable because of high volume of calls. The doors are good but the price is insane. 2000 for a door here , same door sold at Home Depot 800 read more

Jeremy is the best, good communication, always on time, knowledgeable, polite, and detail oriented. He installed a French door style security screen and it looks awesome. We recently had a small brake in when we were away on vacation. We decided we should get some security. We had some window screens and a front and back screen door. They are of great quality and very secure. They also look great unlike the ones that we saw at other places. The install took place the next day after calling initially and they told us to give them a call if we needed anything or had any questions. 5 star service. read more

We had Majestec install security screens at our home one month ago and couldn't be happier. Jeremy was our installer and, as other reviews state, he is fantastic and a skilled professional. We researched window-security options for nearly a year and realized there were many options and the project would be expensive. It was intimidating. However, once we settled on Majestec Premium Security Screens we were convinced we made the right choice. We liked the fact that they are a licensed contractor and a local business (Redondo Beach) that we could support. Communication was fantastic. We knew what to expect throughout the process beginning with our initial conversation with Beth. She stated that the technician who initially met with us and took measurements would also be the installer. That was reassuring. Everything we were told would happen, happened. Jeremy even ran into an issue on the morning of the installation; but contacted us to explain and gave an estimated time that he would arrive. He arrived when promised. Even with the slight delay, he finished the installation in only a few hours! We were very impressed. The screens are beautiful! They look like standard insect screens. My friends and neighbors had no idea they were security screens. They are definitely "invisible" when looking out; however offer privacy when looking in. Most are fixed screens. A few are escape screens that provide a fast and easy exit for our bedrooms in the event of an emergency; yet feel solid and secure when closed. We HIGHLY recommend Majestec Premium Security Screens. Honesty, integrity, great service and a fantastic 10-year warranty. We couldn't ask for more! read more

I was in search of a Nice Looking Security Screen Door. My first stop was The Home Depot. Although they did have security doors, I was looking for more of a custom fit door. I did further research online, that is when I came across Majestec Premium Security Screens. I gave them a call and spoke with Beth. She explained that this would be a Custom Fit Door! Jason came to my house and took all the measurements. Note: This door is made in Thailand and takes about 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. My order was put in on Sept. 11, 2018 The door was installed on Nov 5, 2018 By Roman. It took Roman about an hour for the install which went smoothly. This is not your typical Security Door install. I'm glad I left the installation up to the professionals. This door is also Beautiful!!! It's only been a week and I'm already getting Compliments from my neighbors. How often does someone get compliments on a Security Screen Door? Thanks again: Beth, Jason & Roman. Great Customer Service too all at Majestec. read more

Thrilled with service and product. I wanted to be able to open a downstairs' patio door and window to have air flow and yet feel safe, even sleeping with them open, but I didn't want ugly bars. After a lot of research, I went with Majestec's screens. Their service (returning calls, showing up to discuss, explanations of the product) was best from the two other companies I consulted. Price... they were the same as one and a tiny bit less than another. There is a wait for the product to be manufactured, but well worth it to me. Installation was smooth and fast. Jason and his assistant were very courteous. The product? Very nice - clean and simple looking. Locks seem as strong as as locks can get. I was afraid the screens would be too darkening, but truly, only if you're right on top of it do you see a difference from a regular screen. A foot or two away, and you can't tell the difference. The frames are a little larger than our windows, but aesthetically, still pleasing. I'll take these little differences for safer windows over bars any day. read more

Contacted Jason to schedule an appointment, came to house to measure front door. Promised to have order completed within 6-8 weeks, Beth called us back and scheduled our appointment to install security screen door. Jeremy contacted us to let us know he had our door loaded on truck and was on his way over. Jeremy fitted and installed our security door. Our security door is beautiful (hate security doors with bars) and now we can leave our front door wide open (which we love cause we get a nice breeze) and feel secured while in other rooms. We were so impressed with the GREAT customer service (always returning calls, pleasant on the phone and in person) starting with Jason, Beth and Jeremy, the quality of security screen door that we ordered two additional screen doors, back and patio. Doors are pricey but well worth the sense of security (3 latches secure the door, plus security screen). read more

I would highly recommend Majestec Premium Security Screens. We just had a security sliding screen and a security back door screen installed. My initial contact was with Beth who answered all of my questions and arranged to have Roman come out and measure our doors and give us an estimate. My screen door was installed 2 months ago and I love it. It is beautiful AND secure which is exactly what I was looking for. The price is higher than one would expect but that is because what you have in your head as a "security" door is probably different than what they sell . This door is nothing like the ones you see elsewhere and for me, it is worth every penny. I could not be happier with the screen doors and window screens I had installed by Magestec. I started with the french door screens, as the strength of regular french doors is generally weak. we live by the beach and don't have air conditioning, and we were able to sleep in front of the screened in doors on very hot days all summer. I just started adding in ground floor windows, and I'm so glad I did. I really have peace of mind leaving them open for air circulation at night and even during the days when I run out.
