They worked diligently while being very respectful that they were in our home. For anyone that has had work done on or in their home the clean up can be a source of discontent. TDR left the areas they worked in more pristine than how they found them. They were prepared with booties as they entered while being completely transparent as they worked. It was as if they were not even there. My 3 kids and I are now able to access the t.v. and/or music from our phones while designating where it is to play within our home. They installed a new doorbell equipped with a camera that also is accessed from my phone. They were incredibly versed in the current technology and maintained a solution for each issue that I had with regard to our decaying system. Since the installation, the President of the company Todd, has been accessible 24/7. I have consistently had questions as I navigate through the new technology. Each and every time I have reached out to Todd, he has answered me within one hour no matter the day or the time within the day or evening that I have contacted him. I could not be more impressed with TDR. I would encourage you not look any further. You will be completely satisfied with TDR.

Jay presented himself professionally, had an extensive working knowledge of our hardware, and made quick work of the task at a fair cost. A year or so later, I asked Jay to come back and propose replacing my outdoor deck speakers and some first generation Sonos equipment. It was at that time when Jay discovered that one of our two subwoofers in our cinema wasn't functioning properly, and he was proactive in having the unit repaired by the manufacturer. From the onset, Jay and his associates have always been respectful of my schedule, my curiosity when it comes to learning as much as I can about modern technology, and receptive to my overall goals for the home. His company always does a great job of taking the time to educate us when it comes to new products and changes to our system. BHSH always delivers as promised, and whenever I have a question, there has always been someone there to respond in a reasonable time frame. Over the course of the last six years we were always treated with the same level of expertise, and whether it was our music system throughout the home, the new wifi network they installed, the incredible URC automation system, the surround sound system in the Family Room, our gate controller, or even our motorized projection screen and custom surround sound configuration in the Master Suite, we know we're always going to get the best from Jay and his company.

We started as strangers and I now consider him a friend. Without going into too much detail what I'll say is that in a construction project there are many frustrations. So when you find someone that actually makes things EASY, it is invaluable. When you find someone like that, who does it for a reasonable price, that person is a unicorn! Sagi at LA Pro AV is one such unicorn. As an anecdote, Sagi once went so far as to come to my home on a weekend as an emergency call and fix a blind that our painter broke (a blind that our installers said was unfixable). In the process he saved us thousands and wasn't even going to charge for it (I insisted of course). This is the type of guy he is and the type of business he runs in LA Pro AV.
