I had such a wonderful experience at the Goyard San Francisco boutique, and Daisy made it so special. When I first arrived, the SA I had worked with before was helping another customer, so Daisy stepped in to assist me. I'm so glad she did! She was warm, patient, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to show me every bag I wanted to see and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a decision. I was torn between the blue and green Mini Anjou, and Daisy gave me honest advice based on the colors I wear most. She suggested the green because she felt it would go better with my neutral wardrobe, and she was absolutely right. I love my green Mini Anjou and couldn't be happier with my choice. What really impressed me was that she took notes on the colors and styles I'm interested in so she can let me know when new bags arrive. That personal touch meant a lot to me and made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right bag, not just making a sale. Thank you, Daisy, for making my shopping experience so memorable. I can't wait to work with you again on my next Goyard purchase! read more

This is a great Goyard store located on Grant Street in the heart of the beautiful city by the bay. We were surprised to see that the store is expanding to the space adjacent to it to create a bigger and better shopping experience. The Mrs enjoys looking at all the new purses and wallets and the salespeople always provide top notch service. Shout out to Roxanne for being able to keep the Mrs in the know when items she wants are in stock. Although there may be a line in the front it moves very quickly so don't be put off by it. Overall, I would highly recommend this Goyard when you're visiting the city. read more

Honestly I am very impressed with their customer service. Giles is AMAZING. He is great at what he does. He is diligent and very attentive and patient. I've shopped in store at other luxury brand stores and his service doesn't compare and he is over the phone. I wish I could put a face to his name. Goyard has an exceptional SA on their team. Working with Giles made my purchase that much more exciting. They had all the handbag selections I needed and my items arrived beautifully packaged. I value how not only did I pay for great quality items but I also had the best customer experience ever. I truly recommend. read more

Five star experience with Daisy! I made a special drive up to the store, and I had a great time. No question was too ridiculous and no item too difficult to find. Daisy brought out multiple bags and encouraged me to choose what I loved. She steered me away from things that didn't look great on me, and helped me purchase a green Artois PM. I got home, and she responded to my text very quickly. I'm excited to work with Daisy going forward. read more

Worst experience with a retailer in my life. Someone used a clone of my credit card to make a fraudulent purchase totaling $3,454 at their San Francisco store. I went to their store to get any information they had about the purchase. I first asked for a copy of the receipt for the purchase. The man I spoke with told me their corporate policy didn't allow them to provide that information. So I asked them for the contact information for their corporate headquarters. Same response. Their policies literally do more to protect whoever ripped me off than to help me. read more

I am blown away by helpful and amazing Roxanne at Goyard San Fransico was! My home was destroyed by trees back in November, and I needed a replacement. She helped me through choosing the right color (white!) and was exceptionally fast to reply. I received my order, beautifully wrapped, within just two days of purchasing and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful for people like Roxanne who take the time to help me out while I try to rebuild my life. I will definitely be sure to reach out to her first for all my future purchases. Thank you for being a highlight during this time for me! read more

I've been to several Goyard locations in different cities, and this one is by far the friendliest-- and Giles is the reason why. Giles is my guy at Goyard. Whether I'm coming in for a handbag or just a card case, he never gives me the side eye or makes me feel like I'm wasting his time (which, let's be honest, is not always a given in luxury retail). He's consistently welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He's also refreshingly honest about the initial painting, which I truly appreciate, because once it's done, it's done. His guidance has saved me from choices I might have regretted later, and that kind of honesty is priceless. Luxury shopping should feel elevated and comfortable. Giles gets it right every time. Ask for him-- you'll thank me later. read more

Giles is amazing! I first met him at the SF boutique when I purchased my first St Louis tote. He was very pleasant and informative. He mentioned what bags were trending and what they had in stock. Since then, I wanted the boheme hobo for my next purchase! I was in Japan this past week and I had no luck in finding a gray boheme hobo bag at two locations. Instead, I was unhappy with my service and their inventory was very limited. So I thought of Giles and emailed him immediately. He responded quickly in the same day with the price and availability. I then placed a phone order since I don't live near a goyard boutique. Giles was really helpful. It was such a fast and easy process. Everything went smoothly and he informed me it'll be shipped the next day. I highly recommend Giles! Will definitely continue making future purchases with him. read more

Another investment piece added to my collection and absolutely need to thank the G team for their responsiveness through the whole decision process. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of luxury--every detail, from customer service to the craftsmanship of the bag, was impeccable. Keep in mind their prices jumped Jan 16 2025. I was able to grab this before the price hop. The Goyard Cassette Trunk Bag is truly a masterpiece. I wanted grey this time around for a change in color but also elevated look with the trunk classic. The structured, boxy silhouette pays homage to Goyard's rich heritage in trunk-making, giving it an elegant, vintage feel while still being modern and versatile. The grey colorway is absolutely stunning--subtle yet sophisticated, with a refined, understated elegance that sets it apart. The signature Goyardine canvas is beautifully textured, durable, and lightweight, while the reinforced leather trim and metal hardware add to the bag's timeless appeal. I know this piece will outlast many of my current bags. I dont have to worry so much about the canvas scratching or even putting it on a chair next to me since it's a hard backbone. One of my favorite details is the trunk-inspired closure and metal corners, which feel both functional and decorative, staying true to Goyard's craftsmanship. The interior is thoughtfully designed, compact yet spacious enough to fit essentials, making it a perfect day-to-night bag. The adjustable strap also allows for multiple ways to wear it, adding to its practicality. It fits my phone and plenty of room for more. I was initially debating on this versus the miniature trunk. I think I definitely made the right choice on this one since I can interchange the handle or crossbody style straps. this is EVERYTHING! The boutique staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, ensuring I had a seamless shopping experience. They took the time to walk me through different options and details, making sure I left with a piece that truly suited my style. It's very exciting to know their expanding and doubling their SF store location. I know I'll be back :) If you're considering investing in a Goyard piece, I highly recommend both the Cassette Trunk Bag and the fantastic service at Goyard. Thank you again to the team for making this such a special purchase! read more

Gifted my mom a Goyard bag for Christmas and went to the store downtown for the first time to buy it! I was helped by someone as soon as I walked in. The experience wasn't extravagant or anything, just very straight to the point. I asked for the bag, was shown the bag, then was brought to the counter to pay. I'm not a big luxury brand gal, so I don't go into luxury stores too often. To be honest, I've probably only ever gone into Louis Vuitton (mainly because of my mom). However, I did recently go on a luxury shopping spree during my trip to Paris because (whyyyyy nottt you're in Paris). I guess I was expecting a sales associate to greet me in French and hand me some bubbly. But that was definitely not the case. Oops! Haha 3/5 Straight to the point but no luxe experience. read more

The store was smaller than I expected, but I was satisfied with the staff's friendly service.

Oh how spoiled I felt to arrive at Goyard in Union Square and for there to be no line in sight. This location opens their doors around 10am and on a Monday morning around 11 or so, I was able to walk in no problem. This shop is pretty quaint but it's so whimsical to see all the items within a birds-eye view. From card holders to trunks, this is one of the oldest luxury houses to date. I was assisted with a super helpful CA and she helped me navigate my options and look around a few other items. Ended up settling on the St. Louis GM in black and a card holder in gray. My favorite part of everything is the packaging and attention to detail. Never felt rushed and I was allowed to make a thoughtful purchase before walking away. They don't offer refunds and only focus on exchanges or store credit so don't think you can do take backsies. This isn't a typical purchase, but it's one that I'll definitely cherish and recall the memories of my trip with it. read more

Interesting shopping experience. Called in for an inventory inquiry and the answering message instructed me to email the store. I was pleasantly surprised by a same day reply. Confirmed the item I was interested was in stock. When I arrived there was a line to get in (about 5 deep). That took at least 25 minutes. The line is annoying but it filters out nosy tourists. The guard at the front wears a lab coat and directs traffic. I wouldn't exactly describe him as the warm and friendly type. Entry into the small retail space it feels cozy. From the decor, music, and employee uniforms there was a homogeneous vibe that felt like a theme park attraction. Jazmeen was a helpful sales associate. Parking in the area sucks. There are meters around but even on a slow day it's hard to find a spot. Walking out of the store back to the car can feel sketchy. read more

If you get the sales associate Roxanne, go straight to another sales associate. She was very rude and unprofessional. I stopped by Goyard to purchase a wallet. I wasn't impressed by the service. There was a short line to enter the store that took around 10 min. The store was clean, classy, and comfortable on the inside. All the sales associates were well dressed. Service was okay. The sales associate helping us was nice and politely answered questions. However, I felt like he could be more proactive in things like offering sparkling water and treating us like clients. In comparison, at LV, I didn't even have to ask for water. They just offered it. I think this store is obviously fine if you want a Goyard item, but don't expect high quality service. read more

I have been hearing more and more about this brand. Seen some influencers with the tote bag and wallet. I researched and spoke to some friends about Goyard. It is not your everyday brand that you see (like LV, Gucci, etc...). And that's what I like about this brand. No one has it... We visited the SF store. Made an online reservation but no one responded. Luckily there were no line to enter the store. Got great service from Mikey. Helped me pick out the perfect SLG for myself. Picked green! Love it. I am thinking about the tote... he did give me his email info so that I can order it that way. read more

Terrible customer service at Goyard. I arrived only 3 minutes after closing due to an accident and they refused to allow a quick exchange. They made no effort to accommodate, showed no understanding, and offered no solutions. I even called to alert them but they didn't answer the phone. They will smile, give you water, and treat you like royalty until they get your money, but it is all fake. Buyer beware. On top of that, they have a strict no refund policy, even if you return the same day in perfect condition. Very disappointing experience. Go get whatever you need one block away at Hermes or Louis Vuitton. I have shopped at all the stores in the area and this one is the worst. read more

Purchased in December, leather part that carries the strap ripped within a month, I came back for a refund since it was a quality issue, waited almost 6 months for my bag repair, they should have just given me a brand new bag from day one, service was trash, disrespectful guy that works there asked me if I purchased it from a reseller such as fashionphile. Here's the hard truth, employees don't care because if you're going to go a Goyard location, 90% of the time, you're there to buy something. So don't expect to be treated like royalty LOL. None of the workers really seemed that enthusiastic and the shop is super small so you'll most likely be waiting outside. Unfortunately for everyone, I am a social butterfly in awkward situations so me and the other people in the store were "shopping together" and chatting away. By the time my aunt and I got into the store, we had waited about 45 minutes, not too bad on a Friday afternoon. The Goyard St. Louis bags used to be sold at a different price depending on color. Now all the colors are the same price. Apparently that was changed August of 2022. What's nice is that they sent my bag back to Utah with no sales tax. So if you're traveling, send your bag home to avoid sales tax. I tried on both the black colors and the gray colors of the St. Louis GM. There really wasn't anything amazing about the service. Giving it three stars since the visit was just "ok". read more

I had been wanting to purchase a Goyard purse for a few years. Living in a different state made it take extra time to go see the purses in person. I finally was able to make a stop into the store while visiting California. Staff was not warm or friendly. Even spending 4K (a lot to me but probably not much to them) didn't melt their cold demeanor. No photos allowed in the store a sign stated that on a shelf. Prior to seeing the sign another associate loudly yelled "no photos!" I apologized as I hadn't seen the sign. Any repairs for the purchases will need to be brought in and you cannot mail the items. Sadly, slightly disappointed. I do like my purchase. Very doubtful I purchase from Goyard again. Luxury shopping should be enjoyable and staff should be friendly. read more
