I took my Dodge Challenger scatpak in for a tune up and new breaks and they did a very outstanding job with everything I am very satisfied with their work especially they way they cleaned under my hood everything looks brand new. Great experience from initial contact last week with Rob, to picking up my car this afternoon. Needed 4 new run flat tires installed on my wife's Mercedes and used Yelp for identifying tire stores in the area. I checked the box to request quotes from several stores and Maintenance Pros was one of them. Received message from Rob and I called the store - although he did not have the tires I wanted in stock, he provided me a recommendation to order the tires online and his shop would mount, balance and do the 4-wheel alignment. Ordered the tires (much better price than going through a tire dealer), delivered to my front door in 2 days, and Maint. Pros installed them a couple days later. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. Highly recommend this shop - it's clean, organized and Rob provides the type of great customer service you usually don't see around anymore. Tyler and his team are great. Absolutely painless replacement of a window motor. He wasn't there when I picked up the car, but he personally followed up with me a half hour later to tell me he appreciated the business. We chatted about golf given that he evidently noticed my bag's near-permanent home in the backseat. Based on the vehicles in the garage, these guys are trusted with some folks' pride and joy. HUGE shoutout to Rob, he is the manager of this shop. I own a Toyota Tundra and my gear shifter broke. Maintenance Pros was the only shop that answered my call out of all the local mechanics in my area near Claremont/Pomona--with friendly service and useful tips on how the repair process will be so as a customer, you know what to expect from them. Upon arriving I was aware of the diagnostic check price which will be included in the total if I decided to do business with them (it's good to know that price upon or before arrival). They offered to take a look at it within minutes into the phone call and I scheduled my appointment to take my truck in the very next morning at my convenience. If it hadn't been for the Thanksgiving holiday, my repair would've been done in maybe 2 days tops but Rob will let you know how long they need to complete the repair. They make you feel at home with a couch, flatscreen t.v (that you can log into with any streaming subscription you have at home), and coffee room to entertain you while they complete their diagnostic check and give you the run down of what is necessary for the repair. Lastly, the pricing is fair! For some it's debatable but remember that you will get what you pay for. Even if it's not your cup of tea, take it from me that this place will not give you the short end of the stick because I got all brand new parts straight from the dealership as Rob had at least 20+ years of experience from working at a Toyota dealership himself. It seems he knows what he is talking about when it comes to Toyota's and he gives you a fair price to say the least. I even asked him if he can show me what the issue was and he had no problem showing me what he was talking about concerning the repair. I would recommend Maintenance Pros as a 10/10 to a friend in need of a minor/major auto repair or basic maintenance job (like an oil change). They are very quick to respond. Ray and his team an awesome job here at Maintenance Pros, had my front suspension completely replaced on my 2005 beetle and also had them replace all four rotors and brakes. They take the time to explain the job and made sure it was done when promised. Side note, while I was dropping off my car, an elderly lady walked in asking for an oil change since her light was on,, after mechanic went out to check he said it still had 40% of oil life and she rarely drives it she still had some time to go, I heard them say they topped off all the fluids and wished her well. Brought my '93 SVT Mustang Cobra in for a rear gear swap and some maintenance (spark plugs, brake fluid flush). I also needed my new Griffin aluminum radiator painted and installed with new hoses. This shop is awesome. I was there early morning around 8:30am and I talked to the owner Alex ( great guy ) and he had one of the mechanics look at my car. The mechanic and I hopped in my car and he took it for a spin. He was able to identify the problem. We got back to the shop and he pulled my car straight onto the lift. I received a call around 2 hours later and my car was ready. Got to the shop and the guy at the front explained to me what they did and no fee was charged. I was in shock because they didn't even charge me a fee for labor. I recommend this place for anything , such great people! read more
