They reached out to me based off putting my info on Angi list. We set up an appointment, Matthew and a colleague (really wish I remembered his name because he provided great customer service on both visits, from my knowledge, he was pretty much being trained by Matthew) came by the house to check out what we were requesting. Matthew suggested and insisted they have electrician and hvac tech come at same time to resolve the issue. I said I had a hvac guy that could meet with the electrician they recommended. He offered to discount the service fee because it was easier if they had their people come at the same time. We said ok, the hvac tech was just someone recommended to us by someone we know so no personal relationship or obligation. 3 men showed up to our house, the gentleman i mentioned above, his boss and an electrician. When I asked about the hvac tech, the boss stated the electrician also works on hvac. I mean, he was checking out the compressor so I was like OK cool. Matthew then showed up and the trainee guy said goodbye and that he had to go to another job. I assume when Matthew came, he contacted the actual Hvac tech because he then told us that the hvac tech would be coming 2 to 3 hours later. The hvac tech came and when he was done he said he took video and there's a huge issue, he'll send it to Matt and Matt will let us know the findings. I asked well, what's the issue? He said Matt will show us and talk to us. It's been over a week and haven't heard back, no call, no email, nothing. 8 calls between setting up initial appointment and 2nd visit, 0 afterwards. I'm not reaching out to a company that's trying to get my business and obviously has my contact info. I'm big on customer service and although it started off good, it wasn't maintained. We're no longer interested and the issue has been resolved. read more

This review is regarding a recent quote experience with Maingreen. We contacted them for a roof replacement estimate, and while they were very responsive in scheduling the visit, the actual inspection was disappointing. The team only briefly looked at the leak area and the attic without performing a full roof inspection. Shortly after, they provided a very vague quote of $34k using a phone calculator. For a project of this magnitude, we expected a detailed, itemized quote covering labor, materials, permits, and contingencies for potential damage. Since this is a significant investment, we felt the professionalism of the estimation process could have been much better. read more

I was very happy with the job performed by the MainGreen Remodel and Construction crew. I asked to have a new vinyl gate installed and a 5' x 5' slab of cement. I also asked him to demo out the old wall that was there. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They really listened to me about what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked for. Had this company come out and do a mold inspection. As it says there company does. Let's just say the guy never went in the attic to inspect. Looked and two small areas then proceeded to say I smell mold lol i been doing this fir 20 years. Before he came I had 2 companys come in and inspect with thermal imaging and no moisture was detected. Some dry spots were detected from wetness but nothing around it was growing. I have had no leaks below the the two areas of intrest. Plus our own home builder came out. I had no idea we had a warranty on roof. They also sent out an inspector for mold same thing no mold. Do not trust this company they want 1200 plus to do mold test. Lol what a joke plus he started asking questions about how our credit is if we want to do pay to cover the issues lol company is a joke. read more

We recently finished a full home remodel and honestly it changed the way our whole house feels. Just another guy acting as if they are professional , basically one guy calls on different crews for roofing, gutters, electrical, etc... but is only setting these crews up for jobs, not managing the crews and has nothing to do with the crews timeliness, professionalism, or abilities. no service after the sale, only wants the money, which by the way is money you could save by just calling any of these crews yourself. acting as a contractor is just a way of adding a few thousand dollars to each job done by individual crews. read more

Randy said he "forgot" to tell me they were delayed on another appointment. He then proceeded to ask me if I was home alone and the name of the person I was with. I became extremely uncomfortable and cancelled the appointment. Then within 15 minutes I received calls from 4 other Maingreen employees. I told the last lady who called me to tell her employees to stop calling me and she said she was the only Maingreen employee to call me so far. This company is EXTREMELY SKETCHY. We needed a lot of demolition in our front yard because we had an ugly stump from a large tree that had been removed. They did a thorough job removing the stump and roots and then re-landscaped the entire front yard and it came out beautiful! The quality of Maingreen's work is stellar. Their pricing is fair, their crews are efficient and great problem-solvers, and their management is both communicative and courteous. After March's 2024 hailstorm left us with mold and damage to our sunroom, each of the companies that came out to give us estimates ghosted us. When we finally reached Maingreen, Matthew came out to give us the estimate, carefully walked us through each step of the mold remediation process, and prepared us for the potential of finding additional mold. Thankfully, the mold was only in one area and the remediation process was seamless. Because of the heavy storm damage, we decided to take the room down, and once again, Matthew gave us a clear estimate for the demo and the additional painting and patching needed. The supervisor Maingreen brought in, Paulino, was wonderful. He and his crew did a terrific job, even prepping additional new fascia boards and patching areas that had been causing vermin issues for years. To avoid additional grief from heavy rains, we also hired Maingreen to install gutters on our house (something the house never had.) That work was done swiftly and expertly. We appreciated the excellent communication skills that Matthew and the different crews demonstrated and the thorough clean up they did after each job. We were especially appreciative that Matthew listened when we said we wanted to wait on further work (although the house needs it) and didn't try to upsell us. I first learned of  Maingreen when I saw their advertisement for free quotes for copper repipe in a home magazine (see photo). While free quotes are the industry norm, I liked the fact that (per their advertisement) they were "plumbing experts" (again, see photo). I checked on Yelp and there were only 10 reviews but they were all positive, so I decided to reach out to the company for a free quote for a copper repipe. I explained to Jeremy, the Maingreen Dispatch person, that we were fixing up a 50-year-old house and wanted a price for a copper repipe job. He required that both my husband and I be present for the quote so we can take advantage of any "couples discounts," which sounded suspicious, but I accommodated him and rearranged my plans so we could both be there (see text screenshots). Jeremy told me Tal would text me with his ETA when he was on his way. I explained that's perfect because we live 20 minutes away from the house that we are fixing up. Tal showed up without having texted us first. He eventually texted me and told me he was at the house waiting for us. I told him that Jeremy told us he would text us with his ETA when he was on his way, that we live 20 minutes from there, and that we would head right over. He said no problem, he would wait. When we got there. he wasn't there. I texted him. He said he'd be on his way over soon. We waited for him. When Tal got to the house he confirmed that we wanted a quote for a copper repipe of the whole house. He looked at some pipes in the kitchen then told us that for $175 he could schedule a plumber to come out and give us a quote. I showed him the advertisement with the words, "FREE QUOTES" and asked if this is the same company. He said it is the same company, but they only offer free quotes when they can. I cannot believe the hassle we went through to arrange and show up for this "free quote" only to be told it would cost us $175. I do not recommend this company for any service. read more
