Vyanca has an outstanding eye for color, texture, and layout, creating spaces that are not only exquisite, but also functional and perfectly tailored to our needs, desires, and life style. Vyanca is an incredible visionary and wise beyond her years. Vyanca envisions concepts that "mere mortals" can't even conceive. To say she is cutting edge and revolutionary, doesn't even begin to describe her extraordinary talents and mind's eye. Additionally, Vyanca is incredibly well connected! All of her vendors and her contacts speak so highly of her, as do her previous clients! Vyanca continually makes pilgrimage to Europe to bring back the latest and most cutting edge products, ideas and materials. Every decision made serves a specific goal, and is very intentional. Vyanca ensures that form follows function (a concept we learned from her). Throughout the entire process, Vyanca was attentive to our needs, requests, desires (and in some cases our wild dreams). She was organized, paid great attention to every detail, and was genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible results and products. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and our finished home far exceeded all of our expectations! Her talent is truly remarkable! Furthermore, Vyanca was always available to us and with incredible communication (even when she was in Italy at a design convention!) as well as, after completion of our project! If you are looking for someone who listens to you, is unbelievably talented and creative, who thinks outside the box, is reliable, easy to work with, communicative, and capable of turning any space, notion or dream you might have into something extraordinary, we wholeheartedly recommend Vyanca Soto! Working with her was an absolute pleasure and we would enthusiastically hire her again for any future project! Vyanca, we love you and can't thank you enough for turning our house into our dream home! Lisa & Jerry

We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. During the construction process, Vyanka was very responsive in providing details like how the tile should be laid out or helping with details like tile trim. I highly recommend Vyanka for your next renovation project!!!

We just moved into a brand new construction so it was working from a clean canvas with typical builder grade look. She picked out all the furniture for the living/dinning room and not only it looks fantastic and inviting, she saved us tons of money with her trade discounts. Also she transformed the look and feel of the kitchen with few design ideas w/out touching the structure or re-facing the cabinets. She worked exactly within our budget and made sure the place is a "functional" home where it's safe and durable for our 6 and 3 year old monster to play comfortably. Please know that interior designers are not a mind reader, you need to communicate and compromise constantly but most importantly, TRUST HER to make your place beautiful. She takes pride in her work and she is very talented. Can't wait for her to do out Christmas decorations!! Thank you Mikaila. It was a fun journey and we will have you over again for upstairs!!

I really liked this store at first and ended up spending thousands of dollars on fixtures for my…read moreremodel. Unfortunately, that changed when I received an item that was too large for my space and couldn't be used. I reached out to my sales associate, who had always been quick to respond whenever I was making a purchase. However, once I needed to process a return, communication suddenly became very slow. It took over a week to get a response. When they finally did respond (over a week later), they refused the return because the box was ripped. The item was extremely heavy, so the only way to remove it was by opening and tearing the box. Apparently, they expect customers to unpack a heavy fixture and somehow keep the box in perfect condition. That is completely unrealistic. The manager, Derrick, was dismissive and came across as though he couldn't care less. His response genuinely shocked me. He basically said, "Well, if you can't use it, then buy another one." There was no apology, no attempt to find a solution, and no appreciation for the fact that I had already spent thousands of dollars there. That level of customer service was incredibly disappointing. One thing I wish I had known beforehand is that this is not a corporate Kohler store. It is a KOHLER Signature Store independently owned and operated by Hajoca, an authorized Kohler retailer. That means it is not bound by the same customer service or return policies you might expect from a corporate owned store. Save yourself the headache and buy from a retailer like Costco or Home Depot instead. Their customer service and return policies are far more customer friendly. When you're spending thousands of dollars on a remodel, you deserve a company that stands behind its customers, not one that tells you to just buy another product when something doesn't work out.
