Such a darling place! Various seating included tables, high tops, lounge areas, and of course stools at the bar. Best Dreamsicle martini I've had! Ordered the solo dip to start which is artichoke & spinach, yum! Portobello Mushroom Ravioli was superb! The server was also our bartender, since we were the only customers, had his full attention. Great music too!

Charcuterie board was so pretty before we attacked it.

Great little place! We went for a lunch and it was very quiet, until we got there. But great for a couple of drinks and eats. The martinis were so good! Our group had the charcuterie board, burgers, fish tacos and portobello ravioli. All were very tasty. The service was excellent! Very friendly and didn't take long at all.

We were enjoying a great cigar and cocktails at Brown Water Cigar Bar when the bartender mentioned their sister establishment. What an absolutely charming place. Upscale martini and wine bar (cocktails too) with a fantastic front patio on Main Street. The decor is modern and tasteful and the place was intentionally overstaffed to ensure that everyone was taken care of. They offer a small food menu (it was late and we had already eaten) and they have 30 wine selections on tap. (yes, you heard that right). We were looking for cocktail night caps and ended up having two delicious custom cocktails a piece. Dirty Harry, Flirty Martini, Sazerac and an Espresso Martini. Absolutely fantastic place to start or end an evening. Plenty of tables and I did see a private room and a bar that you could sit at if you prefer. Whether you live in the area or you happen to be in town or are planning a getaway (we came in from Cypress), I highly recommend trying this big city experience in this small town. Can't wait to come back again.

Charcuterie board and chocolate martini. Boom!

Horrible food at ridiculous prices. Wine is marked up unbelievably high. $8 bottle marked up to $55 !!?!! It is pretty but that's it.

We were greeted by a waitress who was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. It's a true hole-in-the-wall spot located in a very cute part of town in Brenham. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Saw that an old Taco places had people sitting down and eating so we gave it ago. The owner was super friendly and sat us without a reservation. When I say surprised, cheated and floored that we didn't notice the change in restaurants in the year and a half they've been opened! The servers were first off some of the kindest ones. Each of them that came to our table we're awesome. This old lady didn't catch the name to our server, but he deserves extra points for answering all my questions and allowing me to take menus back to the hotel I work at! My hubby and I weren't starving and we decided to share a small plate and one main dish. The Mozzarella Tartine had an excellent taste. N ended to be less charred. A bit difficult to cut into with a butter knife. The Steak Frites my friends was one of our top favorite piece of steak we have had since moving to Texas 26 years ago!! We could cut the meat with our forks. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crisp and that aioli -- I will take a bottle! Restaurant had perfect lighting and truly classy looking decor. This is a place you need to bring your significant other or best friend and enjoy. We were told that their lunch menu basically stays the same, but their dinner and brunch menu change on occasion and last night was obviously their special occasion menu.

It gives everything a cozy, charming feel with a lot of character. Parking, though, can be tricky. It's limited, and if you're wearing heels, the rocky ground and steep hill can make it a bit of a challenge when the lot fills up. We had reservations but arrived a little early, and they were able to seat us without an issue. Service was solid overall. The staff was quick to let us know what items were unavailable, which helped with decision-making. I did notice a dish being served that wasn't on the menu, and when I asked about it, we found out it was a seafood and noodle special. Two of us decided to try it. For food, we started with the sautéed garlic ricotta appetizer, which was a standout. It had a really nice balance of mild sweetness and savory flavor. The eggplant parmesan was huge and easily shareable between two people, with great flavor throughout. Honestly, most of the portions felt big enough to split. I ordered the seafood special, and while the flavor was decent, the shrimp were consistently overcooked and chewy, which made it hard to enjoy. The mussels were the highlight of the dish, though they reminded me of the frozen kind you can heat up at home. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to recommend, but if it were the only option in town, I'd consider going back.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, but the first 3 choices were out of stock!? Really? Our choice was to jump into a $60.00 or $80.00 bottle. The service team never checked in on how our food tasted or how we were doing. It's like they knew that they ruined our dinner and experience. About this, they call it a speakeasy because the doorway is a bookcase that is as obvious as the nose on your face. The dude hosting the stand at the door, did not even ask if we enjoyed ourselves. For these prices, they should be ashamed of the food they served us. Seriously! Do not waste a dime here. I am making sure everyone I know does not make the mistake we did.
