The restaurant was a little busy and was lively with people clearly having a good time. The wings were delicious, the sandwich was really tasty, and the beer came out perfectly cold. I also loved my mocktail so much flavor without being overly sweet or sugary, which I really appreciated. The only thing that fell a little short was my Cobb salad. A couple of the tomatoes were a bit mushy, and although the chicken was cooked well, it had no seasoning and ended up tasting bland. Honestly, I feel like it was probably just an off moment, especially because everything else we ordered was good. Since this was my first time here, I'm definitely willing to give it another try. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with great service, good food, and a fun atmosphere. I'd happily come back!

Bartender served the scantily clad woman before serving me and the gentleman next to me who ordered a simple old fashion only 5 mins before woman and her party arrived. Overpriced mediocre drinks. It seemed very busy, but our wait wasn't long for an indoor table on an extremely hot day. They also have a good-sized covered patio with misters, but it was just too hot on our visit. Parking in Claremont is typically on street with an occasional public parking lot, so be prepared to walk sometimes. DRINKS and FOOD: We ordered a couple of the "Queen Mary" bloody marys ($18) which were amazing! Loaded with two strips of bacon, two grilled shrimp, and two giant olives, they were almost a meal themselves. We also ordered the Peruvian Ceviche ($22), a Baqueta sea bass marinated in lime juice, Aji Amarillo peppers, red onions, cilantro, with a "Leche de Tigre" sauce, and tortilla chips...delicioso! Overall, the atmosphere, drinks, and food were very good, but our waitress could have been a little more attentive (silverware, napkins, checking in after the food was served, etc.). Although, the lack-luster service wouldn't prevent me from coming back.

It was our first Finney's Crafthouse experience and they set the bar high for other locations. Everything from the food to the service was 5-stars. We came in on a Sunday during brunch time and they were busy. The staff from the host/hostess stand to our server handled the craziness with professionalism and efficiency. Service did not waiver which made for an overall good meal with the family on Sunday Funday. The Finney's Crafthouse in Claremont is located on Harvard Avenue. As noted above, we came in on a Sunday around brunch/lunch time which also coincides with the Claremont Farmer's Market. As a result, parking was a little bit of a challenge and limited, though not to any fault of Finney's. There were several things that were intriguing on their menu, but ultimately, we ended up ordering the - Cheesesteak Egg Rolls - A5 Wagyu Burger - Pastrami Reuben I am not lying when I saw that everything that touched down on our table was delicious. The Cheesesteak Egg Rolls set the perfect tone to our meal with a generous amount of cheesesteak, crispy shells, and the perfect sauces for dipping to complement the appetizer. The Wagyu burger was excellent. We ordered the larger basket of fries to share which were fried to perfection. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Pastrami Reuben. The food at Finney's Crafthouse in Claremont was outstanding. We would definitely visit again in the future when in the area. We came on a weekend and it was super busy (as it should be honestly with how amazing the food and service are). We got the blackened salmon with penne pasta and baby potatoes, and the flat iron steak with bow tie pasta and herb brown rice. The steak was cooked perfectly medium. The bow tie pasta is served cold and has a vinegary flavor to it, definitely a distinct taste, but I personally loved it because I enjoy sour/vinegary flavors. I can see why it might not be everyone's favorite though, but I personally really enjoyed it. The salmon was also super flavorful and cooked perfectly. Same with the penne pasta and potatoes. Honestly everything was just made really well and good. For the sauce, we got their popular jalapeno garlic sauce and it paired well with absolutely everything. Needless to say, this place was really good from head to toe. I also got to meet the owner and he was super friendly too. I seriously wish they would open one closer to my area. We were fine with it, and were given two menus and told to sit anywhere we wanted. After 15 minutes, no servers had come out to take drink orders or anything, so my boyfriend went inside to ask if someone could come take our order. I looked around the patio area and realized there were two other tables whose patrons were there before us, waiting for drinks and service, just like we were. One of them was fanning herself with the menu, as it was close to 100° outside. (There are no misters on the patio, just a slight breeze now and then. And, if you sit near the patio entrance, you should know that the huge dryer vents from the adjacent hotel are pushing hot air into the patio.) My boyfriend came back and said that he was told "someone will be out soon", and he noticed that all the servers were watching the soccer game inside.
