I really wish I could give this place a better review but the serving staff was terrible. The games were fun, but I don't recommend ordering food here. After playing I recommend heading to Lazy Dog instead! We were invited to their exclusive grand opening and had an amazing time. I was excited to return and bring my family. We came back tonight and played the arcade games for an hour and then decided to order food from the menu. My family and I placed an order and asked if we could get 3 glasses of water for our drinks. The food came out without the drinks. I figured it would be out shortly. Once our food was delivered our waitress never returned. 15 minutes went by and we asked an employee that was walking by if he could bring me napkins and our drinks that never came out. He said he would get my waitress. Another 10 minutes went by, I asked another employee and she said she couldn't bring us water because she's not my server. She said all she can do is try to locate the server. Another 10 minutes went by and nothing. Finally I had enough, and got up from my table because I was ready to pay and leave. Only then they were they able to find my waitress. My waitress might have been busy, and I understand, but I think it's ridiculous that I asked 3 different employees and no one was able to help us. read more

I walked into this place just to take a look and it was pretty good. There was bowling and plenty of arcade games and even laser tag. I saw that children eat free on Tuesdays, so I decided to grab a bite with my toddler son. I saw that there was only one other family seated already, so I thought it was a good opportunity to try out the food when it was not busy. I waited at the host station to be seated for a few minutes and no one came. I grabbed a menu and thought we had to seat ourselves, but there were signs on all the tables that said to wait to be seated. I waited a few more minutes when one of the servers saw me and immediately walked away. That's when I walked away. Maybe give this place a few more months before you stop and visit. We went in with about 20 people for our football team bonding and when I tell you more than half of our meals were wrong not mention the cross contamination of chicken being in our fried pickles with the same batter from the fried pickles at that. It also took over a hour for a kids burger meal. This was our first time dining here, and I'm happy to say it was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server, Autumn, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great time, no matter what. There was a small mix-up with our appetizer, but they quickly made it right--and even offered to cover the cost, which was a really thoughtful gesture. This location opened up probably 10 months ago? I honestly expected more from it. My family and I came in to have dinner and play the arcade before a movie. It was not the experience we wanted. We were not greeted at the entrance and it felt like we were a burden to the workers. We were seated at a booth in the far corner, and given it was a party 6, we requested to be sat at a table instead, next to the bar. The worker seemed to have no interest in our request and brushed us off, like a "sure, I guess". Next, we ordered our food. We ordered a few items, some of which were correct and others that were not, and of course some that never came. Nachos were brought out as if they were sitting on the counter for a good hour, not fresh at all, tasting stale. An appetizer was ordered, "checked" on twice and was never served. The pizza quality was decent, but rushed & greasy. The server honestly tried her best, but still did not meet our expectations. Lastly, this was honestly the worst part. An intoxicated guest puked by the bar, and was still allowed to remain in the restaurant. Luckily, it was cleaned up immediately, however, I do believe that the guest should have been limited to the amount of alcohol he was consuming. Management should have ensured that the bartenders were trained in reading the alcohol consumption, especially having been part of a birthday party. We will not be coming back to the restaurant nor the bar. As far as the arcade, it was good, prices are somewhat reasonable, and maybe 1 -2 machines were out of order. The arcade was nice and fun! We would come back to bowl and play the arcade, but the food service is definitely an area of opportunity, staffed by people who care about the guest experience. read more

We had so much fun!! We went for my nephews birthday we had kids between 4-10 years old and each one of them had something to do! It was huge and has a lot of options for different games and interactive experiences as well. We did laser tag and purchased a couple play cards, Daniel helped us with a game that had an error pop up, he was really nice and helped us quickly. Just had our son's birthday party of 10 on Saturday late afternoon. First time having a party here. Our party host MJ made it such a positive and wonderful experience with her attentiveness and above & beyond customer service-thank you MJ, you were awesome! She checked in with our party often, was there to answer all our questions/requests and refilled drinks when they were low, without us asking for a refill. She made it easy for us so we could just sit and enjoy! Our server (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was also great-attentive, friendly and checked in often to make sure we were okay with food. The pizzas (included with our package) came out in a timely manner, about 30 minutes into bowling as did the additional food we ordered a la carte. Since the facility is fairly new, it is clean and spacious and they played pretty good music! Will definitely be recommending Main Event to others, especially for parties! read more

Had a party today for my daughter's 8th birthday, Everything came out to be so perfect!! Our hosts Victoria and Chris were so nice and really on it with everything when our pitchers were low they would go straight to the kitchen to fill up, the pizzas arrived 10 mins after we started playing which was hot and ready for us, the pizzas tasted great! Laser tag and arcade was included in our package as well which the kids really loved . All my guests were complementing on how great of an experience they were having and how nice it is inside. I went on opening day so everything was super clean .Team members were friendly but seemed lost at times. A lot of them didn't know what was going on. Service was great at 1st.. The food was just ok. I ordered chicken wings extra crispy. They came back, soggy and soft, but the pretzel bites were good. I was sharing my wings with a friend so we asked for a extra ranch dressing. After visiting the Main Event in Arizona, we were excited for this but tuned out to be nothing like the other location. Much smaller AND if you go for the bar don't get mixed drinks! I ordered a Jameson Sprite and the shot glass was half the size of a normal shot. Had to make it a double to taste any of the alcohol. I was here yesterday with friends and family we wanted to try some food. We were sat down pretty fast for it being saint pattys. The server was first off so rude like she had an attitude because she had to work, also a big health code violation she had long chipped nails and was handling our food with no gloves!? We put in our drink orders didn't see her till like 15 minutes later I got the Sunny side up burger because I read the description and it sounded good. Food came like 20 minutes later just to see my burger didn't have the caramelized onions it said in the description they gave me raw purple onions and that with the egg just threw the whole burger off. I politely told the server the burger was done wrong that the onions were supposed to not be Raw. She tried to gaslight me because she took the menus away and said the sunny side up burger didn't have any Caramelized onions, I looked on the menu online and showed her she has a big ol attitude that I asked her to send it back and remake the burger correctly! Negative energy from the beginning I'm surprised they still have this gurl working?! Like how are you gonna lie to a paying customer who spent $130 on food for a party of 6 people and say that I'm wrong when it's online on the menu. She took my food back and I waited another 25 minutes to bring out my burger and everyone at my table was done eating!. At that point just refund me the money if you don't wanna do your job correctly. I understad mistakes happen but to gaslight me and say it doesn't come with Caramelized onions when it says so?! Come on now do better. I probably won't be back wouldn't recommend because first off DIRTY LONG ACRYLIC NAILS TOUCHING OUR FOOD! and blaming the customer for the cooks mistake I took a picture of my food before I ate it and you can see the RAW RED ONIONS I didn't notice because I was hungry until that nasty first bite. The place is great, it's new and clean. Lots to do. Good and drinks are good as well. However, we have come two twice and both fined they have ran out of Brussels sprouts. You would think they would plan the portion out for the weekends. I literally have to come on a weekday to just get an order of Brussels sprouts, which is annoying. Extremely disappointed we just spent soooo much on my daughters birthday. We where told unlimited cheese pizza in our package which I had requested to be upgrade to be pepperoni pizza and we would pay extra, didn't happen they said that we maxed out at pizzas. So un organized adults where told no to get pizza from the children's food table but the adult pizza was never served in the adult section. When the children finally sat down to eat there was no pizza left. There was No beverages because there wasn't enough pitchers. I wasn't given the bowling lanes I had requested because one lane didn't work and they never bothered to replace the lane. My daughter was suppose to be given a 1000 credit playcard to play in the arcade, I don't even know if I received it because they didn't explain which one was the birthday girls. I was told not to bring anything from the outside because everything would be taken care off and it wasn't. First time going to main event, got invited to there grand opening. I took my three year old son, my wife , sisters and brother in law. We had an amazing time. The party planning area ran like a clock. The bowling area was large with plenty of staff waiting to help. The kitchen brought our food out fast even with a bus load of customers. The drinks were amazing !! We had the pizza and beer on tap. The games ALL WORK lol which is key for my son. We really enjoyed out visit here, the environment was fast paced but we didn't feel like we were at a theme park. Since the grand opening we have gone five more times.
