So, as soon as you get to the kiosk, it should be available right away. This location is also very clean and tidy. They never have any filth on the floors, the countertops are always clean, and the staff is always looking professional. This business also offers post office boxes for a fee. They provide have the ability to make posters, banners, signs, etc. They have personal computers here and printers, and fax machines as well for people to purchase time to use them. I know that they have a lot of office supplies and I've mentioned that before that they do have a good variety of mail, packaging, office supplies here. I highly recommend this location.

He sent my passport photo in two formats, JPG and PNG. Make sure it's a JPG image because, according to passport renewal, a JPG image is what's accepted. Friendly, Kind, Professional, Quick but thorough, made sure I followed the rules, I'm glad he rechecked, I wouldn't want any delays on my passport renewal if the photo is not up to U.S. passport renewal standards. He also explained other passport services that UPS Store provides, for example, having a "will" done. Mine were just standard passport photos for international renewal. CVS didn't work and was rude. December 6 comes and box has not been delivered yet. I called National City office on Dec 18 to find out the status but kept getting a run around. As other reviewers have noted, Sunrise personnel have a habit of ignoring phone calls. I felt my number was added to a "Ignore List". I ended up driving to their office so I can speak to someone. Ms. Iris (nice lady) called their Manila Office and was given assurance that the box will be delivered the next day (Wed). Got an update on Wed and was told that delivery is now on a Thurs due Manila color coding and that their delivery truck cannot be used on Wed. Thursday came and no box delivery. Visited the office again on Friday and was told thataid their Manila Office has been trying call recipient but was not getting any answer; they need an alternate number. They never called the recipient before, they just delivered the box (must be a new procedure?). I make phone calls (to their cell phones) to Manila (wake up everybody) so they can answer the phone (land line). My sister gets a call an hour later and she is told they cannot deliver today (Saturday) but will deliver on Monday. So I went through the whole exercise of waking up everyone so they can tell them that there will be no delivery, they could have told the National City office that (WTF???). Monday came by and box was not delivered. Have been calling their office and texting Ms. Iris; and as usual, no one answers. Really annoyed now. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Sunrise does not seem to care about their customers. They also do not seem to have any control of their people in Manila. I will use a different shipping company next time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Sunrise Express Cargo to anyone shipping boxes to Manila. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

Oh, today was a bad day. Where in the world is customer service. Well, it certainly does not…read moreexist here at the FedEx office in the Terra Nova shopping center. I went in to laminate a single 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper and it turned out absolutely terrible. The paper got super wrinkled and did not come out right. When I went to pay, the guy behind the counter told me that I forgot to put the blank cover sheet around the outside to pass it through. Unfortunately, I have never laminated before so I had no clue. So, here is the great part. That guy simply informed me that the instructions were there by the machine and that the temperature setting may have been changed and it was too hot. THERE WAS NO REMORSE THAT MY PAPER HAD BEEN MESSED UP. HE SIMPLY CHARGED ME SO THAT HE COULD MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CLIENT. Where in the world was the customer service. "I am sorry this happened to you. Let's see how we can make it right." I got nothing. He just wanted to close the sale and move on. I mean... seriously how much time would it have taken out of his day to try and make it right. I told him I had the original on a flash drive and he offered kindly to have me PAY AGAIN A SECOND TIME TO MAKE ANOTHER COLOR COPY. Wow.. how nice of him. I do admit I did not notice the sign about the cover page for the lamination, but then there was this chart about weight of paper and proper temperature. How do I know what weight my paper is.
