Had a last minute online print order and stopped in after 1 hr just to check, not at all expecting it to be fulfilled, but it was! The woman who assisted me was great and quick to find part of the order still in the printer tray. . . . and, oh brother . . . covid-crazy Yelp reviews. Must they hang around like useless social distancing sticker remnants? This shop's consistent service deserves a higher average rating.

The only thing I had to do was put it in a box and attach the label that they sent me. They told me to send it UPS. There is another store in Purcellville called, Mail-It-All, that I usually send my packages through, but I was in another shopping area and just happened to see the UPS store. I decided to go in. The only thing I needed to do was buy a small box and hand it to the girl to ship. First off, the girl had the personality of a razor. She was rude and curt. She had no customer service skills whatsoever. Then she told me I would owe $20.43. I reminded her that the postage was already paid for. She told me she knew that but then informed me that the box, which was really small, would be $13.43 and then for them to pack it they would charge me $7.00! I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I went over to the dog store, a few stores down, and asked them for a box. I had told them what UPS tried to do. They said they had heard plenty of complaints before and very happily gave me a box that I needed. I then went down to Mail-It-All and they mailed it all for free. They, like usual were so friendly and a pleasure to work with too. I asked them if I needed a box how much it would be. They said any time a person has an item where the postage is already paid for the box is always free. I told them about my experience with UPS and they said they had heard many stories also. I told them I would never step foot in there again. They said that they appreciate loyalty from their customers. Since then I have heard all kinds of stories about their practices and how they rip people off. They will even charge $2.00 for a little piece of tape! I can't believe that anyone would ever waste their money in that place. I would love to see it go out of business. I can't stand to see anyone screw over the public and win! I also would give this place a negative number if I was able to.

We had 4 claims in 4 years totalling $3800. That's about $950 a year. This is absolutely absurd. I thought this is what insurance was for (most damage was done by the storms we've had). These were very minor claims. Our house is not in dire repair, just minor wear and tear, plus we are rebuilding the house next year. Insurance companies love to take your payments every month for decades, but when you finally need them, they ditch you. Insurance is such a scam.

I HAD been with them on the same home for exactly 30 years. They appear to 'sell insurance' from…read moreother companies but are the 'front man' and apparently had initiated an 'investigation' of my home through yet another contract company (with unknown credentials) that made OPINIONS that were sent to me WITHOUT NOTICE from Loudoun, that looked like JUNK Mail because it was so wishy-washy. Such as "possible business" "overgrowth of vegetation" "inoperable vehicles" - my Roof was replaced last year, the vehicles are antiques and NONE are inoperable or even dismantled in any fashion (including tires) and my house is in the FOREST so the ground has leaf clutter and not even a BLADE OF GRASS! This month I had a notice of NONRENEWAL for all those bizarre reasons. When I called Loudoun to cancel the 30 year policy, they did not even blink or ask even the first question!! Instead they just transferred me to Bankers Insdirect. Mind you this is right in the middle of COVID too! This seems to be yet another company that got 30 years of my money and figure it's time for me to claim (Oh Yeah - big companies do this all the time) so they will cancel me first. I have only made 3 claims in 30 years, 2 for lightning damage (and since cut down those trees) at around $1500 each and after the hurricane in 2005 power loss for food spoilage of $200. Yet my insurance has steadily gone up to $1300 per year as well as my deducible, and of course my coverage has also gone down! THEN, they STOLE a (front) payment out of my bank account AFTER I cancelled. They actually told me on the phone that they took the payment "before the NON-renewal date" and that' why they took the payment! I asked them if they knew just how INSANE that sounded? No response! PS. I believe in that adage about shopping car insurance every 3-5 years but thought they were BETTER THAN THIS - SILLY ME...

He scraped out some gunk (I wasn't able to do that!), told me that he'd be back in 15 minutes to let me know either that it was now able to charge or we'd have to take stronger measures. He returned approximately 15 minutes later with my phone charged to 10%. I bought an Assurion contract for about $40 including tax and that covered the $30 cleaning charge. I am another delighted customer.

I was greeted by Julio, and I was explaining my situation he suggested he knew what the issue was before I could finish or show him the error message I received. He was fairly certain my drivers needed to be changed. He took my laptop and in less than 10 minutes he returned showing me the problem was fixed. I was skeptical, especially since fixes my cousin and myself performed showed success until reverting back. He charged me $20 (it was $30 but I had a $10 coupon) and said if I had to come back for further service it would be applied to any repair charges. Of course when I got home the wifi was not working again. Upon going back, I was met with someone else whom I had to explain the situation to. He suggested I buy some device to determine what the issue is and go from there. I said no, I'd rather they perform any checks without me having to come out of pocket for it. A few days passed and I called for an update, and they confirmed I indeed needed a new network card. What was supposed to come in a few days turned into a week and a half of me calling for updates until the part finally arrived. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $120 instead of the $100 I was quoted until I mentioned I already paid $20. They initially told me I'd have to pay $60 for a diagnostic fee as well, but they never brought that up again. I received a 15% off coupon they emailed me after my 1st visit, which they applied. I appreciated them fixing my laptop, but they need better communication/customer service training here.
