So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.

These folks actually utilize packing methods that save customers on costs and they do so without cutting any corners in protecting fragile items. I would trust them with anything precious that needs the utmost care. Comparatively, they are the best of these services I have used and I paid less than expected. I used Pak Mail on Bell Road in Phoenix for items purchased at auction and I greatly appreciate how easy they made the entire process; the price savings was a bonus!
