When I came the next day still not fixed. They used electric kettle to heat foot bath for pedicure. Mine was still cold but my husband was decently warm. Overall the pedicure was well done but I wanted more chemical on my feet for the calluses remover. Further my massage chair lost power 15 minutes into the service, because someone was working on the electrical. My husband's chair was not affected. My pedicure person was unable to move my chair also during this to do my feet. Since the pedicures were just okay, we left before the manicure. Opted to go to nearby bar for Happy Hour instead. It also appeared that we would have a substantial wait for manicure since they were overbooked. This place is nearby and I wanted to love it but I am gonna check some other places nearby for future mani/pedi. It could be a one off because of water issue and Easter weekend.

Sadly, I went to a different salon but when you get spoiled by nails that turn out even better than imagined - every time - it just wasn't the same. They will price gouge you and they have no respect for your time. The man who owns the place was apologetic- he got it. All they had to do is say we're sorry and we'd like to make it up to you but no chance. they're interested in the $$$, that's it.. What a shame.
