The food is delicious. Get the Cuban. It's as tasty as they described. The (junior) Lucy burger was fresh, juicy, and delicious. A Cesar salad with teriyaki chicken did not disappoint either. Hits the spot. read more

I love all of the food this grill has to offer, quality made food by family oriented servers and kind staff. I love the warm and welcoming ambiance of the restaurant inside and out, they have great prices for quality food, a great place to stop for dinner. read more

Took a quick drive up to Bellevue yesterday and stopped in here for dinner. At first glance wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as we walked in was impressed by the atmosphere. We were told just take a seat anywhere we'd like. Our waitress came over took our drink order with which she returned promptly and started just chatting with us giving us time to look over the menu. We asked her what some of her favorites were and decided to go with the spinach queso dip for an appetizer. It did not disappoint. Very creamy and served with the perfect portion of chips to scarf it up. Our waitress took into account and times our main course just right as our burgers came out just as we finished the queso. First off the juicy Lucy was super delicious. I gave mine time to cool down just a bit because the cheese is packed inside the burger. My wife and I order the same I had fries with mine and she had the fried cheese curds. This here lemme tell ya was worth the entire trip up there. I think I ate most of her cheese curds. They were so good and delicious but here's the kicker, the standard dipping sauce is ranch but our awesome waitress suggested caramel sauce. My wife and both looked at each other with a perplexed look but decided to go with it. She brought the caramel sauce and reluctantly I tried it. OMG!!! It was like a chewy waffle with buttery maple flavor. It was epic would definitely take a drive up there just for those bad boys. read more

Wow! This place was great. After reading some reviews I was surprised! We got to go food, when I walked in I found the man I ordered the food from on the phone and said hello! as he was pouring a beer. He stopped pouring the beer and grabbed my recipe and my card to pay. He was very friendly even while the bar had around 10 people sitting there. When we got the food home, I ate my Cajun chicken sandwich so fast I couldn't even get a pic! The smoked turkey sandwich was turkey smoked and was so so good. Only thing - I wish we got fries with both meals vs. the default chips. read more

We were headed back home to Boise after a week in the Sawtooths for our 30th anniversary. Feeling a bit peckish, I asked a gas station cashier for a recommendation for a place with really good sandwiches. Most of the restaurants in Bellevue that I googled were closed, on a Saturday at 3:30?? Great vibe, excellent service! We had the smoked turkey club and the Cuban. Both were amazing! The staff and customers were so friendly. Will definitely be back. read more

Amazing food, service, and staff! The juicy Lucy never disappoints. Will be back soon!

Great fish and chips on Friday...lunch through to dinner until they run out of walleye. All 8 of it loved it, clean and friendly service read more

Delicious food and the service was good! Highly recommend eating here when you are in the area!

i was in town and was invited here by the staff. they closed early so they weren't open when i got there. they hassled me while i was waiting for my uber. after leaving i was harassed and threatened by the staff that invited me because i apparently date the same girls as her boyfriend. weird unprofessional. i suspect drug use and mental health issues at this establishment. read more

Food is meh. Service is horrible: if you are a young, good-looking male sitting with other young, good-looking males, the waitress will spend ALL her time at your table. If you have gray hair, male or female, you will get absolutely little to no attention. Don't ask for tea, they will tell you they have no hot water. More times than I can count they have completely screwed up the order, by providing a meal that likely someone else at another table ordered. They will not come back to check on your table to see how things are going - you will need to get up & go ask the bartender (even worse than asking the waitress). The owner sluffs around doing pretty much nothing. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

The food is great. We were sitting across the dining room from the bar and had a hard time enjoying conversation due to the booming voice of the bartender. We would have stayed for another drink and dessert but left early. We have company coming to town soon but we will probably go someplace without the hollering. read more

Great little neighborhood pub. The service is excellent and the food delicious. We've been here many times but last night my husband had the walleye fish and chips and I had the chicken chili - both amazing. Plus the cocktails are great and the prices very reasonable. They keep the fireplace roaring in the winter and open their large back deck in the summer. A real gem in our little valley. read more

I had my doubts about this place, but it was the only place in town open on a Sunday night. I was pleasantly surprised by good food, great service, good decor, and a reasonable selection of beer. It's worth patronizing this establishment. read more

I would not recommend this restaurant. Ordered a margarita and it had a hair in it which the server noticed and took back for another immediately. The second try it was so strong it was basically just tequila and tasted like well tequila, not what I ordered. The beer was the last bit from the keg and was so hazy it looked like orange juice. We tried a rum and coke which again was just straight well alcohol. The chicken sandwich with Bleu cheese crumbles was actually just topped with Bleu cheese dressing and thr bacon on it was either Chewy or burnt. The atomic wings were so spicy they weren't even enjoyable and we have a high tolerance to spice. The best thing about this place is the server whose name I did not get and the French fries. We also noted that we were sitting on the patio where there were no smoking signs all around and yet a different server from who we had arrived and immediately sat down in a chair near the stage and started smoking and the wind blew it in our direction. It's such a great location with so much potential, but the food and drinks need to be reevaluated and quality control should be tighter. read more

Neat spot to eat. The staff was great and not over bearing. Kept the beers flowing and was there if we needed but we didn't feel rushed. Food was good (fish and chips). read more

I was really craving a sandwich and both cafes were close in Bellevue so I decided to go here. Upon walking in there was a lady and a man behind the bar, both turned and looked at me but didn't say one word before turning back around -- first down fall, and I truly don't understand the concept on not greeting your customers. I ordered the Rueben, which said the pastrami was made in house, I also saw the picture on their website and thought it looked like a good hearty meal, I was hungry. Well upon receiving my sandwich it didn't look anything like the picture. It was about half the size, skimping on the meat, and I don't believe it to be rye bread, at least it definitely wasn't the same bread pictured. I got it to go, I am only staying 4min away but when I got home the bottom of the sandwich was soggy. I'm giving 3 stars cause the sandwich was still tasty and because I hate putting people down.. I just hope they read this and work on their customer skills as well as match what they are selling or take the pictures down so there isn't the expectations of something they don't have. read more

I'd give this place 5 stars! Stopped in for lunch after elk hunting for the morning. Waitress offered up the Walleye fish & chips and they were delicious! Probably the best I've ever had. Pricing was alright, think it was $14.95 for the meal. Atmosphere was fitting for a small mountain town diner! Enjoyed the experience. read more

Well?? All the reviews were spot on. Absolutely terrible service. We ordered basic burgers and took 2 hours to have them served? I kept hearing we're under staffed! There was a dud e running around with a pony tail that seemed to be somebody?? But he couldn't keep drink orders straight. One and done. I won't stop on in here passing through again. read more

Oh Juicy Lucy you really are the one ... that and your delicious Bloody Marys cure my what feels like an incurable hangover every time. The way the melted cheese oozes out of the burger patty, and the grilled onions atop. Mmmmm. This is a fun, laid-back, non-smoking neighborhood bar that servers burgers, chicken, sandwiches, etc ... It's a great neighborhood hangout where you know you'll see all your friend and have a good time, every time. read more

Best place in town for a burger and brew. Other menu items are also very good, even the salads, which is not what one expects from Pub food. The chicken wings I might add are excellent! I take an annual fly fishing holiday to the Wood River valley and when I get off the river, usually quite late, I know there is a brew and some excellent food waiting for me here. The owners are great people and the service is immediate and friendly. One last thing, the non indoor smoking makes it enjoyable for all! read more

After a great day ATV ing near Bellevue- we enjoyed drinks, appetizers & food for a very reasonable price. Great atmosphere & great service!

Ok, first time here. Absolutely no complaints. Waitress was flushed - waiting tables like a person possessed. Jennifer kicked ass - water, beers, drinks, food orders. On time AF! Food, excellent for fries, rings, ruebens, burgs, dogs. Nothing to complain about here. Solid ski town joint. Show up or call ahead and make sure Jen is working your table. read more

Had a 10/10 experience. Great tasting bar food or just food in general and very friendly staff.

We've been going to Mahoney's for years because it's convenient, and the burgers are decent. We went for dinner a couple of nights ago with our daughter, and another couple. The manager (?owner) saw my daughter taking a sip of beer, and rushed over demanding to see her ID, which I had no problem with. My problem was with how incredibly rude he was to her when we realized that she had left it at home. She produced a picture of it on her phone, not because she wanted a drink, but because she wanted him to know that she really is 21 and wasn't trying to cheat. He was again EXTREMELY rude to both my daughter and our friend. When my daughters left he went out of his way to yell "Good Night" in a sarcastic way. My daughter was mortified, and we will never go back. What ever happened to treating customers nicely???? p.s. except for the burgers, the food is sub-mediocre read more

Stopped by on a Saturday night in November with friends for a drink. I had been there several times. Vinny the owner and the rest of the staff were always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, Saturday night I met Vinny's wife. She mistook me for someone else. Accused me of stealing a phone and embarrassed me in front of my friends, and everyone else at the bar. She quickly realized it was not me (her mistake). Instead of apologizing she got very defensive and refused to apologize "because all she did was ask me a question". She got very loud, was extremely arrogant and told me she was the owner and they did not need my business. They were doing just fine. Apparently, she does not understand Customers are important. Will never go back read more

Food was good. Our server, who is the wife of the owner, was standoffish. We asked for a small bowl of lemons and she acted like we inconvenienced her. During the meal she was not personable and she only checked on us once. She was not cool. We mentioned this to the owner and he didn't seem surprised. We normally tip above 20%, but we didn't. We will not return. read more

Bad service, rude employees, and nothing outstanding on the menu. Too many other places to choose from. Save your time and money.

Three stars only for their meal selections and quality of food. Awful customer service and unfriendly wait staff.

Middle of the road food, good service. Outside seating is nice music was not so good.

Always good. Great burgers, chicken sandwiches and steak sandwiches. Great for families. Always reliable.

Long trip from Reno Nv. Stopped in this little quiet town of Bellevue....Hotel recommended Mahoney's for drinks and dinner for a good price. I had the steak sandwich with pepper jack cheese and onions......... The best! B.F. had the burger and fries. Said it was perfect. Beer was cold. Service was great! read more
