Always the best experience. Do they even need a review? If you don't go here then you have not been to Ketchum. Food is fabulous. Delicious and always tasty. Service with a smile. Local vibe 100%. And either inside or outside it's just special to hang. read more

Eat here all the time. Best value in the valley. Warm, inviting atmosphere that takes you back. Beer line separate from food line makes sense and should be mandatory every where else. Love the staff. Recommend the steak sando, bacon blue, and the big Lefty's burger. Fries are epic, but gotta try monkeys at least once to see if you like them. read more

Great local spot! Bartenders are awesome! Great for locals and non-locals alike. I would recommend this bar over the horrible cellar pub!

Food is great, service is good too. Being inside there were some old snooty people there. Idk how to say it other then they were smug and I over heard some conversations about how rich they were and how they didn't like certain people in the area (Hispanics). Kinda crazy because one waitress/counter girl heard it and just raised her eyebrows and shrugged her shoulders at me when we heard it. Other type of people were chill, snowboarders and I think maybe forest service people off the clock, and just fun people you'd see drinking in a bar. I will go back for the food, monkey fries were bomb. read more

I read the reviews about this place and they're true. Over an hour wait for a burger and fries. This one was on me because I read about that but still stopped by because for some reason, no food in Sun Valley stays open past 10:30pm in the summer, but you can drink past midnight. What sense does that make? Anyway, Lefty's also posted signs about the long wait. I could see in the kitchen and I've never seen this before, but I've only lived in or around major cities, the bar's kitchen only had one cook doing everything and there was only space for one person in that kitchen. If you have options go somewhere else. If you just want drinks it'll be fine. read more

The service was awesome. You order at the counter and can taste the beer special. The food is quite good. I got the cheese sticks and onion rings they were both good. However when I got there I asked for ice cream and they were out. The lady at the counter recommended a different shop for the ice cream. The patio is dog friendly. read more

Super cute local bar. We were looking for a local spot to grab a drink, and are so glad we stumbled upon Lefty's. Loved the divey atmosphere. It was clean, and staff was great. I loved the walk up ordering system. Seat yourself and grab a bite. The food was great too. Seems like mostly street parking if you are driving. Will definitely be back for a drink if I ever am back in the area. read more

Took over an hour to get our food order. Charged us a takeout fee and we still tipped. Apparently our fry order wasn't made. Then come to find out the guy using the fryer was on the phone for 20 mins, then it came out about 30 minutes after that. Clearly didn't give a sh*t about the order. Our kids didn't get to eat their food because of how long the order took. They messed up 2/4 burgers and the fries were cold by the time we started eating. Way to ruin our night. read more

We came here for lunch on Saint Patrick's Day. It was incredibly busy, which was to be expected, as it is a bar-oriented restaurant. We ordered fish and chips, calamari, and mozzarella sticks. We waited a very long time for our food, which wasn't great, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt considering how busy it was and the fact that it was St. Patty's Day. The fish and chips were amazing, the calamari was great, but the mozzarella sticks weren't great... I've had much better. Everything else made up for it, though. They have a large alcohol selection as well. The service was great. You order at the counter, so you wait in line if it's busy. The people taking your order at the counter were very nice and personable. The lady who ran the food (by screaming your name to find your table) was kinda funny, and very loud (for obvious reasons). The system is unique, but it works. If it's busy, though, be prepared to wait. This would be a really fun place to come and drink and watch a football game. The ambiance is really cute, very retro and rustic. The building is small and old, but there are tables outside with string lights around them. It's just a fun environment that is a nice change from all of the upscale restaurants surrounding it in Sun Valley. I wouldn't say it's great for kids, though. We'd definitely come back! read more

Well there's not an Uber which is fine we were just at the Valley festival, and people were talking about ordering food so I thought I'd call. Even though their kitchen closed the guy that answered the phone was so nice! They understand how everybody's got to give and take when there's events going on! And there's a lot going on in town so I understand that! Even though we couldn't eat their amazing food tonight, they were amazing about it! read more

I struggle to understand all the 4 and 5 star ratings. This place was very underwhelming. Stopped by for lunch in late September for burgers, chicken tenders and salad. The chicken tenders were fried to a crisp. More breading than chicken and fairly certain it came straight out of a box in the freezer. Service was good. Order at the counter. A dive, for sure. I would not return though. There are much better options. At least they cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs. That gets them up to 2 stars. read more

Basic locals bar with a nice beer on tap selection (get more hazy varieties!), friendly order-at-the counter service, and a great deck for summer. Plus, pay cash for a little discount, and don't miss happy hour (2 12 ounce beers for $7!). Fish and chips and the burgers are way above average. So nice to go to a non-tourist dive bar in Ketchum. A favorite! read more

I was in town for a work retreat and my work team took me to this local's gem. It was just what you expect and want from a small mountain town local spot. I had the chili and it was so good. The rest of my team had sandwiches that looked fantastic and they said it was just as good as it always is when they are there. Can't wait to be back! read more

Don't waste your time. We walked in about 7 pm Thursday night. We sat at a table in the front room of the place. We sat there for about 5 minutes and never had anyone come even say hello. The place was about 1/2 full but definitely not crowded. After 8 minutes we decided to head into the main room thinking that they did not know we were there. Plenty of people/staff saw us sit down and still no one helped us or asked if we wanted to order or a drink? Nothing. The 3 behind the bar chatted with customers but ignored us completely. After 11 minutes we decided to head to another place to spend our money. FYI to Lefty's: Spent $124.00 for 2 of us somewhere else!! read more

A great neighborhood joint. A little on the grungy side (in a very good way). The 1/2 Ruben was a 3 but the onion rings were a 5.

Had lunch here and can overall say that it was average. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat this place will do.

My friend and I visited this gem on our short weekend away in Sun Valley. We both loved it. We ate outside in the shade and enjoyed the scenery. I loved the casual vibe and how comfortable everyone seemed to be just hanging out there. Our food came pretty quickly, and it was super tasty. I had a sandwich and fries, and both hit the spot. The lady taking our order was super friendly and funny. We don't even like sports, and I don't drink, but we liked hanging out at Lefty's. If I come back to the area in the future, I will come back here for a lunch. read more

Pretty dang good. We had to eat outside and the music was way to loud. That might be one complaint. I liked the French bread as the bun. Very clever and it tasted good with the burger. I really wanted elk but it sold out. I got the burger and I liked it. I liked their monkey fries. Better then their regular fries. I like they give you refills on your drinks. Only annoying how you have to get up and get refills over and over again. Service was great. The server was so nice! My kids liked their dinner and so did my hubby! read more

Best dive bar in the world. The beer is cold and the Turkey Veg is perfection. Don't miss it!

We loved everything about this place. Great service and a rather different way to serve up a burger - which was delicious.

They say that Lefty's makes the best burgers in town, and I can see why! There are a few to pick from, but I go for the half-pound Lefty's with cheese every time. Lefty's is usually packed, but it's a local's favorite, so most of the folks you'll find here know the place well. It's a great place to have a beer, shoot pool & watch the game. The back deck has a great view over the valley. The only downside for a dark beer fan like myself is that there really aren't more than one or two to select from, but if IPAs are your preference, you'll find those in spades. I recommend getting a Basket of Monkey's with your burger - these site-made chips pack the perfect amount of bite. There's plenty of curb-side parking, and usually a table open, except on holiday weekends. Definitely the place I choose to go for an apres-ski repast! read more
