This place is to pass by on the highway but let this review be the final push you need to pull off for a latte or coffee! I came with my partner and we were dazzled by the tasteful and warm interior design. I have been a barista for many years and I understand the importance of a coffee shop exuding a warm, cozy atmosphere. YB does this with a fun modern twist! My partner had to try the vegan chocolate so they went with a vegan mocha with oat milk. I kept it simple with a vanilla oat milk latte. Both of our drinks were fantastic! Great microfoam and very smooth espresso! We made ourselves comfy on the couch and had our drinks brought out to us! Table service at a coffee shop? How nice and inviting! They also serve Love Creamery ice cream and sorbet here (our favorite ice cream place ever!) And provide a full lunch menu as well with paninis and sandwiches. The staff here were very nice! I already mentioned the table service but were very kind at the counter! This seems like a great spot to get some work done or to just relax and visit with a friend! I got distracted by their coffee and cute homemade earrings. The vibe is great, good music and a place to work instead of being trapped in an airport. I took my time then I purchased a bag of beans. There was a DJ playing inside. They have DJ every Friday. There are other weekly events too. The place was decently busy. They have some cups for ice water and lots of seating. You can read and chill. The outside patio is for customers who want to eat. So you can't get your coffee and go sit out there. I was a little perturbed by their no ice sign. But again, this is Minnesota so what do you expect. They have local ice cream and pastries for sale inside the shop. It's clean. Prices are decent. It's pretty much the only coffee shop in the area near our hotel and it was an easy walk.

There was also plenty of variety for a vegetarian/pescatarian to choose from. Alto Pino is expensive, but worth it. A dinner shared between three people including sharing 4 small plates, dessert, drink, and 20%+ tip came out to about $70 each.
