Very clean and attention to detail. I made a reservation, when I arrived was warmly greeted by my name and offered a cold bottle of water. I have been to many nail salons and this place is by far the cleanest I have experienced. They clean the bowls and chairs after each person. Very nice nail techs. Clean. Decorated very well. Tons of magazines to read. Lots of polish options, including shellac. I had a simple, plain mani and they did a good job. They charged me extra to remove my gel polish, but didn't tell me this was the case until after they rang me up. They do waxing as well, maybe some other spa like services too. I love love Linda she does a fantastic job on acrylics I'm never disappointed when I leave when she dies then. Today though I'm a little disappointed first of all 8$ to take of my nails is OUTRAGEOUS especially since they literally just rip them off I Can do that for free at home, my manicure has already chipped and I LITERALLY just left, also one nail is bubbled because the tech( not Linda) messed it up and to dry it quickly blew on it which makes it bubble. I'm not thrilled with my manicure from now on I will only make an appointment with Linda!! read more

I love this place! Im that type of person that if my nails chip then I just take them all off and I love getting gel nails. This place has good quality nail polish and it's really clean!!! I got an absolutely horrible manicure here today. I decided to go here because I was running errands in the area and had this place recommended to me by a lady who had gorgeous nails. I asked for a full set overlay and wanted my nails as short as possible. She clipped my natural nails off first, then brought out a box of tips. I told her I didn't want tips because I wanted my nails short. Her face looked shocked and apologetic like she'd done something wrong, but I was happy with the length she'd cut them to. However, she began applying the gel overlay on my clipped nails without even bothering to shape them first. I asked for a marbled look on my ring finger nails using two colors. She kept caking more and more gel on to try and get the effect, but never shaved off the excess after she had achieved it. All of my nails were uneven, chunky and wide. I was charged $45 and told she "waived the fee" for the ring nail designs. Yeah right. I went to Beautiful Nails at 103 E 103rd Place on Commerce City immediately afterward on my way home to get them fixed - now they did a wonderful job! Go there instead! read more

I liked this salon. The woman had accidentally messed up on my manicure but tried her best to fix it. That was probably the only thing that went wrong. It's not noticeable. I'll go back again. I was impressed with the cleanliness and customer service! Offered a water which was nice. The tools are sterilized and I saw they take sanitary precautions for the pedicure tubs. I was there during closing time and saw one of the ladies get down and scrub the baseboards! All in all, five stars. read more

The place is really clean and it's nice they offer you a cold bottle of water. I do like how they have disposable liners for their pedicure tubs. I asked my nail tech if she would be able to really work on my heels since they were so dry and cracking, and not much was done. My heels were still rough but my pedicure did come out nice. Usually when I get a pedi, the polish usually lasts about 2-3 weeks. The last two times I've been here it's lasted about a week and half before it starts chipping away. Staff is always friendly though and it's really close to my house. read more

I went to Magic Nails and had a pedicure. On the plus side, it was inexpensive and it lasted. On the negative side, the woman doing the pedicure reused an emery board (I could see previous coloring on it), didn't speak English very well, and I had serious doubts about whether she had cleaned her nail clippers and other instruments. Also, they use those throne chairs that have a basin that fills with water. Those are notorious for carrying bacteria. read more

I have be using this Salon for almost 9 years... I love it!! I have tried only twice to go to other salons when I could not get in on the very last minute over the holidays only to be let down... She invests in new colors and styles, always having knowledge about the latest in nail design. Her prices are extremely reasonable ($30 for shellac), and her staff will learn your preferences for colors, sizes, and style. Worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The person I had was rude. When we walked in I was taken back and my friend that I was with had to wait thirty minutes before they even sat her down. We had an appointment. Once she was seated she sat ten more minutes. A group of people came in without an appointment and they left her to go help the others. Once she said something to me an employee talked to her saying someone would be with her soon but it took a long time. read more

I have been going here for over a year now and always had a good experience. They tend to be very busy on weekends, which is to be expected, especially since they take walk-ins. I'm always impressed by how they manage the number of customers during these busy times. I went there this afternoon for a pedicure and was shocked by the nastiness of some customers who felt things weren't moving fast enough. I don't know their stories, but it seemed obvious that the entire staff was doing their best to make sure all customers were attended to and I felt bad for them. Even though it was busy, my pedicure was not rushed and I suspect it was this attention to detail by all the staff that slowed everything down. Ann and her staff are true professionals! read more

There is a pattern to every one of the one star reviews and my experience was no exception. I wish I had read them more carefully or I never would have come here because the other manicurist saw how badly I was being treated and seemed embarrassed but NOTHING was done about it. I'm not sure what his name was but he was the only guy working and not only was it a terrible job it was PAINFUL. He did the "manicure" while I was in the pedi chair, made me bleed on several fingers, broke a nail and did not fix it (left it broken and snagged), got stuff all over my pants, and yanked my right arm across my body to the point that it is now extremely sore because he did not want to take two seconds to walk around to the other side of the pedi chair. I have never EVER had a manicurist do that. So ridiculous!! When I yelped when he cut me, his response was "Well you must have sensitive hands." I was getting gel polish so the young lady, I believe her name was Kelly, who did my pedicure, had to essentially re-do as best she could, my nails and trim and fix the one he broke before she could apply the polish. While Kelly did a perfectly fine job, I'd be scared to come back for fear that he would injure me again. I have never written a review on Yelp but I want to help some poor unsuspecting person from expecting to spend money on treating themselves and then end up paying to be tortured. If you can assure that a male does not work on your hands or feet or come near you for that matter, you will likely have a great experience!!! But be careful!!! read more

I have been getting re-bases and pedicures for many years now. I was about to give up on the nail maintenance because they chipped too often and simply don't last long enough to make the effort. UNTIL I found Magic Nails. Linda uses a technique that I swear I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE else. The lacquer she uses is a special formulation of something I believe to be far from the cookie cutter products others use. I have even tried to find something comparable throughout my travels. NO LUCK. Its just not out there. My nails look so good people compliment them often, they appear to look natural with a beautiful high gloss and best of all last at least a couple more weeks then anywhere else. Linda and her staff are very friendly as well! Linda is professional and her consistent devotion toward making her clients feel welcomed and happy is refreshing in a world of what seems like thousands of nail salons everywhere. I've come here for years, i recently started getting my nails done again. Now I came in to get a rebase and the guy took me back and began to do my nails. I don't know what happened but halfway through my session he developed such a terrible attitude towards me. He didn't speak the rest of the session even if I said "thank you", nothing. Just "$17 for you" so I gave him the money plus tip, NOT ONE THANK YOU FOR THE TIP. Mind him I don't HAVE to give a tip you are not entitled to it when I pay you for service. It's a Courtesy. Anyways, I go sit to dry my nails and I still manage to say "thank you" for servicing my nails, still not one word. Just puts my stuff down and leaves. He didn't even turn on the table to dry my nails? Im sorry this is my first negative review on any place, I haven't even left the parking lot yet because I couldn't leave without writing this. Great pedicure! I had a cracked big toe nail that looked awful and she was able to fill it and make it look like new. Manicure was great, although my polish only lasted a week, not a critique of them because I think the dish soap makes it come off easily. Best part, the total was only $35!! For the "basic" pedicure I really felt like I was getting more for my money, will be back. read more

I had to bring to her attention several times that the line between the white and pink powder was not straight. I also had the white powder on the underside of several fingers as well. Linda is the best! I love walking in and she knows me by name. I love Linda, Lily and Ann. They are so nice! This is the best place for manicures that I've found. It is clean! I LOVE their massage chairs when you get a pedicure, but I'm not a huge fan of the salt rub they use, but you can ask them not to use it. I think the price is right and they prefer cash or check over credit cards, but I've never gotten any crap when I had to use my credit card.
