She is incredibly talented, and I was genuinely disappointed to hear she was no longer there. Greentoes scheduled me with another technician, Mary, for my next appointment. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon.
