I have had three services done - Botox, Juviderm ultra filler and some Cool Sculpting. All non invasive. I can't show up to work and people say "whoa chick, what happened to your face!", so subtle-ish and on point services was what I was going for and have received thus far. All of the staff I have interacted with are wonderful. Friendly, warm, non-judgey and knowledgeable about their craft. The offices are clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would totally recommend checking them out, they offer a lot of other "refreshing variants" (my code word for this) and are a wonderful group.

I was approached with a "free sample," then quickly steered into a back room for an aggressive sales pitch that escalated into thousands of dollars in products I never intended to buy. The salesperson used urgency, flattery, and pressure to keep me from leaving or thinking clearly. At NO point was I told that all sales were final. After leaving the store and realizing what had happened, I researched the business and found dozens of nearly identical complaints from other customers. The Better Business Bureau currently lists this location with an F rating and notes multiple unresolved complaints. I'm adding my voice here so others can be aware before visiting. If you're considering stopping in, I strongly recommend reading the reviews first and proceeding with caution. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for violating the FTC 3 day 'cooling off period' DESIGNED for crap just like this.
