The request was for undetectable, seamless, low maintenance pops of light To make my overall hair appear to reflect my natural base, which is a level 5/6. It's convenient that when I was asked what my budget was, that was what turned out to be the exact cost of the service plus a $70 haircut. There were also comments made that if I were to have spent more money, there were better odds that I could've achieved the result I was desiring which I found disrespectful. The first image was my hair prior to my appointment. The second image was the inspiration. The rest are what remain after going in for 'touch up.' I think it is blatantly obvious what the issue is far from just a 'tone' discrepancy. The Salon refuses to refund me and it's easy to fathom that I would not be comfortable getting seen for the third time to fix what has been broken. Extremely discouraging when I value the integrity of my hair more than anything else and how multiple individuals are not willing to make it right. I will never recommend this Salon to anyone in this city. I hate when smart people pretend to not see the issue at hand.

When she came to finally open the door she made me feel i was bugging her. Anyways I waited about 20 minutes for her to finsh with another client, running through my appointment time. I have extremely long lashes and I informed her I use a medium rod, although it may seem i need a large. I specifically explained to Melissa why I need a medium rod because I KNOW MY LASHES. She agreed to using the medium rod and continued. When I asked her how the medium rod went, she said, "Oh no I used a large. I wanted to show you." I was in absolute disbelief that Melissa could ignore your input and make me believe she was doing what I asked. If I hadn't asked, she would have never told me.
