What i like about this salon is its location in the gorgeous Oro Valley Marketplace. What i love about this salon is that they use Davines products and have really excellent stylists like Katy. I was a little scared getting my hair cut after so many bad experiences in the past, where someone either did not actively listen or didnt really know how to cut my type of hair. I was relieved that Katy is not only a very knowledgeable and experienced stylist, she is a true profesional. She listens and communicates very well and knew exactly how to make my thinning fine hair look healthy and full again. I now have a hair cut that I love. I'm a low maintenance mid-life lady. There is only a tiny piece of me that even wants hair at all. My hair is curly, it's easy to damage, and I have put it through the ringer over the last 5.5 decades. I've had my hair done twice at Lewis+ Ivey and had a wonderful experience both times. The first time, was a couple years ago and I got a balayage. Today, I got a haircut with Katy. Upon entering the decor is so cute and they've expanded since the last time I visited! The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Katy was so easy to talk to, valued my opinions on what I wanted and gave a very relaxing head massage during the shampooing. She also styled my hair with curls upon my request. The location and space are well appointed and unpretentious. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Jordan. I warned her right away it had been nearly a decade since I set foot in a salon. She wasn't bothered a bit. We talked about what I envisioned which was a way to highlight the natural blonde and grey in my hair I had worked so hard to grow out and see. She nailed it and gave me a wonderful haircut too. The entire experience was easy and top notch. It's been a while since I've been to a salon! I didn't even know there was one in the OV marketplace until I drove past it last week. I contacted them to get an estimate and they were able to get me in within a couple days of contacting them. The staff there is so sweet and welcoming! I had Angelina Veil as my hairdresser and she's an absolute gem. Super sweet, did wonders on my hair! She took the time to answer all my hair related questions and explained to me which products I should be using for my curly hair. I honestly think their prices are reasonable and would recommend to family and friends! I plan on returning in a couple months for a gloss and a trim! read more

This new salon is amazing and it was all put together during a pandemic. Kudos to Jessi and Taylor for all their hard work! It is open and airy with lots of space and chic decor. Great airflow and light throughout the space. They are also being sure to follow guidelines for Covid-19 and keeping you stylish AND safe. Even with the openness of the space the waiting area still has a cozy feeling and is stocked with a nice mini fridge for a cold beverage on a hot summer day. Taylor listened to my comments and provided a great cut. Since continuing to see her, she has also added a bit of color and continued to cut my hair. Couldn't be happier with Taylor, she is always on time and I don't think I have ever waited more than 2 or 3 minutes to be seen.
