The service was consistently excellent, and my longtime nail technician was a big reason I kept coming back. About a month ago, I received a call informing me that she had been "let go." She is incredibly talented, and I was genuinely disappointed to hear she was no longer there. Greentoes scheduled me with another technician, Mary, for my next appointment. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. It's disappointing to leave, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

But she had me wait 30 minutes to discuss something with a person there. It's one thing to wait for finishing up with a clinic but another to wait for a conversation. This delayed me a lot. Quality:4/5 I didn't like my natural nails being cut down to put on acrylic nails. The manager and her apologize but nothing came off of my bill. My nail beds weren't too damaged after soaking them off. A few areas were weakened. The design was cute but it was glitter all over my cuticles. I would recommend this place for undergraduate students to get their nail services. But would not for folks with limited time.

She is the…read morefirst person I have ever had wax my eyebrows (I was a threaded eyebrow girly before), and I don't think I can go back to threading after the level of care she demonstrates. I also love that I can sit there, absolutely silent, and not feel obligated to chit chat; I can also yap about my job and not feel like I'm a nuisance. You want your aesthetician to be a girl's girl, and Ashley is definitively that. I have had my family members also get their eyebrows waxed by Ashley, with similar rave reviews. Because of my brand loyalty, for lack of a better word, I have also gifted services other than waxing to friends and family with similar results. My one issue with Selah is their booking platform, Vagaro. I hate hate HATE it because it is consistently buggy. I will book a service, then never receive a confirmation email. Then, I need to call anyway. This has resulted in a lot of my booking being in-person for ease.

They do a nice job on pedicures which is what I've had and manicures which I observed. It's a family-run business with with the son-in-law and the daughter and mom of the family working together in the business the store was really nice, very clean and modern, the bathrooms are clean everything is clean they keep really good sanitary practices staff, were wearing masks. There are plastic liners used and replaced for each customer. The chairs are all brand new and it's easy to soak your feet in preparation for the pedicure. The prices I think are reasonable for what you get they really take care of your feet you get your nails clipped to get your nails trimmed filed and cleaned and you get some cream on your feet, hot towels on your legs and massage of your legs. The bottom of your feet and heels are scrubbed. Parking is easy I recommend an appointment because they can be busy. I'll be going again this winter!

Very happy they took walk ins, should have went to them to begin with but hadn't found them when I was first looking. Definitely will be returning as their prices are very reasonable. The place is very clean and presentable, calming environment and very kind and professional staff. Rosy did an amazing job with both my pedicure and manicure. The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. She put four coats of polish on my manicure, I got the "White rabbit" color and it came out great!
