Pizza

I've been wanting to try this new pizza spot in Redlands, and I finally got the chance. Right off the bat, the atmosphere is really cool--I like the theme a lot. They've got records all over the place and the music was great, which made the whole experience even better. As for the pizza, it was just okay overall. The cheese pizza was cooked really well, but unfortunately the meat lovers pizza felt a bit undercooked. The consistency between the two was noticeably different--one came out great, while the other was on the doughy side, especially the undercarriage (you can see it in the picture). That said, the flavor was still there--the taste was actually really good. I'd definitely come back and give something else on the menu a try.

Fun restaurant with a great vibe. They have plenty of indoor seating and the food also travels well to go. We have tried a variety of their pizzas and appetizers and enjoyed all of them. Prices and portions are fair and the quality is well worth the splurge. Good option for pizza in the area!

Second visit! Holy cow it just keeps on getting better. Let's begin with service. Babe agrees that the team was super attentive, always present, they know their menu and super sweet. Only thing for me --- last time they didn't tell us about their secret menu item wings they were about to launch and this time we could have made the pizza Detroit style. HAD WE KNOWN!!! But that just means we gotta visit again and try other styles. FYI my pizza tastes perfect even after reheating in the air fryer. Food was fire. We got the honey siracha wings and they slap! Pizza was delish. We added chicken to ours. Mac balls fire as usual. Drinks were perfect. I ordered a cocktail. It was the perfect buzz and we left so happy. Not to mention DJ playing music was a whole vibe. We shall be back!!!!

LIKE A VEGAN

I realized after ordering a 12" pizza from Bricks and Birch that it wouldn't be enough to feed the 12 people arriving to the potluck I was preparing for. In panic and a blessing in disguise, I went to Made From Skratch in hopes to find another 12" pizza, and compare! I was specifically on the hunt for a vegan pizza for my vegan friends. When I asked what the staff would recommend, immediately I was directed towards the Like the Vegan 12" pizza. The service was kind. For takeout I only waited 10 min when I arrived a little before 4 pm - not many people are there at this time. When I first walked in, I was immediately struck by the little details: the menu was encased in covers emulating record covers. The bar area and seating all exuded a sense of vibrancy and a place to hang with friends especially to watch a sports game or catch up on life in a hip, cool setting. The pizza was well eaten by my friends. I appreciated the thin crust and the freshly, made from scratch features of the pizza. It is also on the pricy side like Bricks and Birch; so I would specifically save this place for special celebratory occasions. Depending on what kind of pizza you're looking for, I would recommend this place for those looking for heavier pizzas that is nicely accompanied with your soda / alcoholic drink of choice. Hip and cool. Grateful for the people who keep this place up!

This pizza was amazing! I can't remember the name.

I went here after being turned away from the empty restaurant called fiora. The staff was great and super helpful. The pizza was amazing and it came out fast. It's more like a dive bar so it's pretty loud. If you're looking for a place to come with friend and family, this is a great place!

This place has AMAZING pizza, don't get me wrong. I love the pizza here and would come here for the pizza, but there is such bad service here that it makes it difficult to continue to come back. The salad here is also incredibly small, a little bigger than a soup bowl if you are thinking of having it as a meal. For the service, they have a lot of staff who's main job is to hang around the DJ booth, the bar, or the back to chat with one another. It takes an incredibly long time to order or even get refills of water. I had to continuously work to try to wave someone down to get service (which never worked). I am glad that the employees seem like they're having a good time! It's just unfortunate that there seems to be little care that the guests also have a great time. I would just re-train employees to not dilly-dally during peak service time (I worked at multiple restaurants, I would have never congregated at the DJ booth for an hour). There's a lot of employee improvements to be made, but for the pizza, no improvements needed!

Like the concept but if you are going to offer vegan cheese, you should keep it in stock. I have a severe dairy allergy and really wanted some pizza....This was my place. Out of stock today. (Sad panda). So I ordered wings, but not really any dairy free dip options...not even plain mayo. Just a little disappointed today Skratch!

Had an awesome time at this brand new, not a month old baby restaurant in historic part of Redlands. The crew were on top of the service, I sat at the bar which had the Laker Game on and a nice drink as I was checking out the new menu. Let me say, service and atmosphere was on point as the theme of the restaurant if you haven't noticed upon entering is music, DJing and turntablism. You have a live DJ skiing great music from all genres, sometimes having the music video playing for the song! The owners DJs MeloD, 4Real, and DStyles are world class well known for their craft in the music industry and their contributions together and solo. I didn't expect anything less knowing the facts of the owners and their professionalism and dedication in promotion of positive fun vibes. So the play on the menu with song titles and name of food dishes was creative fun and nostalgic. What I ordered was the Dr Bombay which is a tandoori roasted chicken, red onion, tzatziki sauce, cilantro, mozzarella and evoo pizza baked thin slice that wasn't floppy but crispy. It was a nice large. Personal size which satisfied me and I love to eat a lot. I also had the sweet beats which is zeppole deep fried dough balls which were fried to perfection, crisp outside tender almost cream puff like inside, with a dusting of powdered sugar served with a side of Nutella and also a nice raspberry compote of sort which was a perfect combination to offset the Nutella. Sooo good I could have eaten 3 orders of this but need to watch my dad figure.

Menu comes in a vinyl record style

Pizza was amazing! The dough was as similar to pizza made in Italy. It's absolutely tasty! Not heavy, not doughy, and easy to digest. Menu options were great and pricing was not outrageous. Staff were very friendly and great to chat with. There's amazing music played at the perfect volume. There are different events that occur on different days so hubby and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this location!! 10 out of 10!!!!

First time here. Very clean and inviting. Service was really good. Waitstaff was shower friendly and patient. Not too happy with the food. What we ordered and received is nothing like what ALL the pictures show on here. That is not the same type of pepperoni and yes, the type of pepperoni matters. Had I seen these pics online, we wouldn't have stopped here.

Made from Skratch Pizza Kitchen in Redlands was such a great time. The food was absolutely phenomenal, the kind that makes you pause mid-bite and do that slow nod of approval...I mean how can you go wrong with pizza or fried donut mozzarella? I happened to visit during music bingo night, and it turned dinner into a full-on event. The atmosphere was upbeat, people were into it, and it felt like more than just grabbing a bite. I left full, happy, and already thinking about when I can come back for another round of pizza and bingo.

We ended up having a great time, good drinks, good food, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. After we left, we were gone for about four hours when I suddenly realized I had lost my wallet. I was completely frantic retracing my steps, and something told me I might have left it at the brewery since it blended in with the outdoor furniture. I called and spoke with the owner, who confirmed they did have a wallet, though she wasn't sure if everything inside was still intact. That made me even more nervous because I had about $1,000 in cash in it and was on my way to the bank earlier. When I returned, the same gentleman who had helped us with our food and drinks carefully verified my identity before handing it back. To my absolute relief, every single dollar and every card was still there. I just have to say it's rare to come across that level of honesty and integrity these days. Huge thank you to the staff at Escape Brewery for being such incredible, trustworthy people. Truly a reminder that good people and good karma still exist. We'll definitely be back

When I started this draft a few months ago, I originally had this at a 4 star review. I liked that…read morethey were super dog friendly, that I could just buy a bottle of bubbles for $19 with some orange juice, and I liked their redlands cheesesteak (minus mushrooms and aioli). It was a chill place for me to come and service was fine - you order at the front and go ahead and pay or keep your tab open. If you want anything else, you need to go back to the front. Pretty much get left alone by the staff, which I enjoy. However, today I did what I usually do, got a redlands cheesesteak, a bottle of bubbles with orange juice, and just read my new book for my book club with my pup next to me. They did originally make my cheesesteak with mushrooms, but took extra time to make me a new one and added a side of fries to compensate for the long wait since they had to make it twice. Cheesesteak was good as always once I got it. Bubbles were good with some juice. Still would have left a four star review at this point. Unfortunately, I was literally minding my own business sitting and reading my book with my pup when this couple next to me starts arguing. The angry older man waves his hand as he's yelling at his gf(maybe wife idk) and proceeds to knock over his gf's newly poured glass of beer which spills all over me, my book, and my dog. As an initial reaction, I did say "dude, wtf?" which I think is a normal reaction to having beer spilled all over me when I'm literally minding my own business in my own little book world. This guy literally decides to start screaming at me that he's "sorry" but my reaction is ridiculous and proceeds to call me a c*nt. Really great apology calling me that offensive term for women. I'm telling him not to call me that and he's the one that spilled beer all over me. He starts getting even more aggressive. At this point the guy behind the bar is telling me to leave and get away from the screaming guy. I've already started grabbing my stuff before he said that as me and my pup did not need to deal with this BS on our day off. I didn't even finish my cheesesteak or my bubbles - just left it all on the table. I tell the guy behind the bar that I didn't do anything wrong, I'm leaving anyways, but don't understand why they are letting this guy stay. He just says that he'll talk to me after I "calm down" away from the bar. So I walk away from the bar and he doesn't follow me. I literally have to go back to the bar and say "I'm ready to talk to beside the bar. are you coming?" He says okay. I walk over to the side and he walks over with me saying he "doesn't know what's going on." Doesn't even bother offering me a refund when he totally saw the whole thing go down. I ask for a refund because this is ridiculous and he does give it to me after I ask - still think it should have been immediately offered not waited til I asked. I tell him exactly what happened and he just says look, I'm not kicking you out, but how about you stay on the side over where the arcade is and the guy that screamed at me just stays where he is. I'm like, dude I don't want to be here anymore so I'm leaving either way, but I don't understand how you are just letting this guy that spilled a beer on me then called me a c*nt stay here. He says that he's probably gonna kick him out, but idk if he actually followed through on that as I just walked out. I'm severely disappointed in how this was handled and how unsafe this place made me feel - clearly they think the screaming white man is correct and the asian woman is just being hysterical. I used to come here all the time, but this one instance makes me never want to go back here again. I'm really upset how in today's world, this is the norm. That somehow, after being called a c*nt and having beer spilled all over me, I'm the bad guy? Never coming here again. Biggest disapointment of a brewery in Redlands.

MANY BREWS TO CHOOSE!…read more Ritual Brewery has got to be the best micro brewery in Redlands! There is so much to like about the brewery, and so much this place has to offer that I can only ask that you experience it yourself. To name a few highlights of the brewery... first of all it is one of the more chill places to go to. The ambiance of Ritual Brewery is casual, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are all awesome! They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. Oh! Also, there is often an excellent food vendor there most nights, so you can get a meal with your drink. CHEERS!
