It caught my eye since it offered free housecalls, lowest rates and I won't get charged if Jack can't fix it. True to his claims, he came to my house to pick it up and called a few times to update me on his progress. After a few days, he dropped it off again in beautiful, working condition! He plugged everything himself and made sure it's all set before he goes. All my documents were saved. He even gave me a few PC optimizer apps to help my system run smoothly. I have some programs myself, but his was better! Everything was explained well. And the price for the whole shebang is completely affordable and reasonable. Other shops would have increased the price from their initial quote, but not Jack Marling. Why hasn't this place been reviewed yet? Incredible service, professional guy.
