I let him know what was happening and explained that I was a small, lady run business and couldn't afford to be down days as that this was a working trip and I was flying home in 7 days. He completely understood my predicament and that time was of the essence. He asked for the make and model of my laptop and gave me a few options that would be the utmost convenient for me with minimal disruption to my work. The battery came in and unfortunately it wasn't a battery issue but that my laptop was well past it's prime and toast. Chase, an employee was incredibly helpful with answering all my questions on what type of laptop to purchase for my needs.
