I like this Macy's location, the staff are so friendly and they have a great selection of everything here. I bought some really nice jewelry and I also got a beautiful blanket. My only complain was that there was almost a fight with some teenagers inside the store which made me nervous with my baby. I forget that the teens take over this area at times and it's enough to keep me away for most of the year.

Bought some stuff here during Black Friday and got great deals on some kitchen cooking appliances. I purchased a pressure cooker that costed around $210 and got it for $45, as well as a black and decker food processor that retails around $75 for only $35. And both items last years! Good quality for both products. Highly satisfied with the purchases!

It's a very nice department store within the Downtown Summerlin shopping center. There is a walkover bridge connecting this store to a parking garage. The store is consistently well kept and customer service is attentive. There is a Starbucks within the store on the ground floor.

Thank you to Linda at the Chanel makeup counter for the outstanding customer experience on Saturday!

What a terrific experience we had working with Linda at the Chanel makeup counter this weekend. Her professionalism was evident throughout--excellent product knowledge, as well as polite, friendly assistance with everything I was looking for. Shout out to how impeccably she was dressed too. Oh my! The perfect local brand ambassador. We'll be back.

Funky sneakers! I love them!

I've recently shopped here a few times & am impressed. This location is nice, with welcoming & helpful employees and large selections. They are also dog-friendly, yay! They have great sales & I'm so happy with my new shoes! They are jazzy sneakers that I got for a great deal! It's always nice to find stylish AND comfortable shoes! There's also a Starbucks inside for your coffee/tea needs. I recommend stopping by this Macy's if you're at Downtown Summerlin!

I really like this Macy's. It has a good selection of products compared to the galleria mall location. This Macy's has a Starbucks at the bottom level and nearby that it has a sitting room on the men's side. There are fitting rooms at each section, not like other stores that have existing fitting rooms but are being closed off or used as storage. There is a Finish Line at the bottom level and at the top there is a Macy's backstage (Macy's brand clearance). It's a huge section of discounted clothes, toys and home items. At the top level where the kids clothing is, there is a Toys R Us! Love that even though the freestanding stores are closed, Macy's chose to carry on Geoffrey the Giraffe's legacy.

First Hint- instructions torn open.

Macy's, it is the new Kmart. Horrible service from store manager on 2/21/25 PM. When I attempted to talk to the "Manager on Duty", Brittney would not return my calls. I was not even calling with a complaint! She had no idea why I was calling. I left several messages, and was continually told she would call me back. Did not happen. When I "accidentally" got her on the phone, she said she could not hear me/bad connection (I was in the Macy's parking lot) and would call me right back. I knew I would not get a call back, and I did not. 2/22/25 - Drove back to store and purchased a Breville Coffee Maker - got it home, unpacked it and noticed it was used. Coffee Grinds still in machine. Black oily finger prints. Scratches in the metal lid to water tank. Dirt and residue in the water tank area. Called toll free customer service number. After explaining I purchased in store, off-shore customer service person asked me several times for my order number. There is no order number. I had to repeat my self several times on the issue. No apology, no recommendations to resolve. "return to local store and order another with a 2 week ship time". At least, confirm the error for selling a used and DIRTY machine. Escalated to his supervisor, also off-shore, who mimicked the first person. No apology, no agreement that dirty machines should not be sold. Repacked it, drove it to the store, walked a few doors down to Crate and Barrel - purchased a new one there -(really new) - great service - same price.

Best Santa in the city. It's in front of the store, just in case the employees do not know.

The guest seemed really uncomfortable but he wouldn't let her break away from the conversation. He was extremely rude. Started taking people & cashing them out But was too busy & didn't hear this woman ask for a lighter & cashed her out & so she said it louder & he said "let me get your change first! Then I'll get the lighter". Then i came in, got a candy bar, & he's the first person here who hasn't given me a red rock discount I work around the corner, in the red rock. We all go & get discounts. He fought me on it & was really disrespectful. Barely handed me my changed & seemed like i inconvenienced his conversation with the woman he held conversation hostage. The store is usually pretty well kept, I'll give them that But this guy is rude, high strung & not accommodating whatsoever to guests walking in. He should have at least listened to us who made purchases, then gotten back to talking to whoever else it is. Put a sour taste in my mouth. He

The gift shop at Red Rock used to have a wide variety of souvenirs and convenience items, and…read morecatered to a flexible price range. Now gifts are mostly pricey and limited - the selection of quality Red Rock Casino merchandise has shrunk considerably, replaced by a handful of T-shirts, a ton of hockey gear, and pricey jewelry and wine junk nobody ever seems to buy. As a local that considers this place my home casino, the changes are disappointing. I know the shop caters mostly to hotel guests, but it would be nice to have decent casino merchandise available besides the ones that show up now and then in monthly giveaways.

What happened to the Bath & Body Works store???…read more We visited this past sunday, Mother's Day- 2026. Hope that all you moms had a nice day! We parked in the parking garage across from Macy's. (Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) Checked out the following stores: Lush, the Lego store, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom Rack, & Rack Room Shoes. It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

Downtown Summerlin is one of those shopping destinations with a lot of potential. There's a strong…read moremix of stores across price points, along with a solid selection of restaurants, coffee spots, and casual dining options. I did come across a few clothing stores I genuinely enjoyed, which isn't always easy to find. The landscaping is beautifully done. The greenery, open spaces, and overall layout give it a polished, inviting feel. It's clearly been designed to create an experience, not just a place to shop. The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.
