We're in town for 4 nights so of course I had to stop by Tory Burch Outlet Store. The staff here is great very welcoming and always helpful. Karla was excellent. She provided excellent customer service from my first interaction with her until the very end. Thank you Karla. I stopped by on a Saturday around 7pm before 8pm closing. I was greeted when I came in along with other customers. Staff is always friendly. I've only had nothing but great experience at this Tory Burch location. I received notification that they are having a huge sale. 50% off on most of their leather handbags and accessories as well as shoes and jewelry. Sure enough, majority of the merchandise in their store are on sale 30-50% off the regular price. Found a really pretty bag for everyday use. Black, simple, classic style and just the right size. It was 50% off the regular price. Definitely a bargain and a steal. Karla helped me with my purchase and she even gave me a new one from the stockroom. This is my 5th purchase at this Tory Burch location. I've purchased items from Tory Burch before but online. I still prefer in store shopping more than online shopping and purchases. Initially greeted when I walked in. I walked into the shoe section, I saw a few shoes I wanted in my size. There was one girl, she was with a customer. I waited for a moment, I was never acknowledged. She disappeared into the back. I walked over to the cashier to ask for help. I literally saw her rush back to pretend she was in the shoe section. The associate I asked at the register voiced over her device. The associate shoes did not smile at all. I told her she should acknowled customers. She rolled her eyes grabbed the shoes from me, spoke into the device and mumbled something under her breath. I dont know what was going on in the back but it took over 5 minutes and still no shoe. I told her to cancel it. Its not worth the service and speed. I work in customer service, this is one of the worst service I've ever had. A major negative is her mumbling under her breath. Good selection. Organized. Well staffed. Just didn't really appreciate Josephine's somewhat aggressive approach. Borderline stalking around the store and constant over attentiveness wasn't helpful in my case. I understand employees in sales may have goals to meet and need the recognition from customers in order to achieve those goals. But there is a level of acknowledgement where the social cues are telling you you're doing to much. The short mhmm, and dismissive head nod might've been too subtle on my part and not trying to be rude while still trying to find the right item that suits me. I might be different but I like to sometimes put certain items of mine into the item I'm interested in to be sure it fits my needs. I am Chang to da max and I don't just like to buy many things without having considered it thoroughly, most times. Maybe with my odd tactics I looked like a shifty character *shrugz*. There could've been more tact on her part honestly. Aside from that awkward encounter, I do enjoy browsing the store and finding a new item to take home. We do have our own Tory Burch outlet store on Oahu but sometimes the availability can be limited. Our tax is lower so it doesn't benefit me all that much purchasing the same item off island. But sometimes it be like catching some FOMO. Also when on vacation there's the sentiment of the memory of where you picked up the item too. I was sent a bunch of emails after my visit. Which added to the aggressiveness. I'm talking multiple of the same emails in the same day and days in a row. Some time after my visit I was sent an offer of $xx off of $xxx purchase. I never bothered to see if it was only available to use at this location since I am not local to Las Vegas. So this wasn't a bad experience but just a few things that will stand out in my mind before trying to step into this store again in the future. read more

I visit these outlets regularly when I am in Las Vegas. I love going to David Yurman, Tory Burch and Marc Jacob's and usually appreciate the selection. I saw a few other reviewers talk about being "stalked" by TB associates and I agree. I couldn't look at one item or pick up one thing without Sijia running over to me. It was starting to get uncomfortable. Additionally I had the purse I purchased shipped and it's been over a week and the purse hasn't actually been shipped. It's still sitting in the store. I bought the purse Friday and hadn't received any updates by Monday so I called, and they said that shipments went out Monday and I'd get an email likely later that night. Still no updates. Am I supposed to wait several Mondays before this gets shipped? It doesn't make sense. If I don't hear from them by EOW I am going to have my credit card company fight the charge. Had a first and last terrible experience with the store. A purse was purchased as a birthday gift on the 13th for my girlfriend and she decided to exchange it for something bigger two days later. I even called on the 14th in regard to receiving an email receipt which they stated their system was down at the time and that they would give a call back which I never received even after the associate wrote my name and number down. The 15th is when I decided to show up in person and attempted to exchange however Jenny the manager was informed of the whole story and declined the exchange even though the purse is clearly new. Though she stated a receipt or attached tags would have to be present to do the exchange. She refused to print me a copied receipt even though I could have given all the information date, time, amount, credit card. In doing so, not allowing me to exchange which is contradicting. All in all how hard is it to satisfy a customer? Especially a new guest? Maybe they care about their ADS (average dollar sale) or UPT (units per transaction) too much. It's not hard to make a SKU again for the purse to put back on the floor. Don't worry I won't be returning keep the money. So very disappointed!! Tory Burch what is going on? I was looking at your Miller sandals and you have changed the sole of your miller sandle and your flats. Super thin rubber on the sole so that when you step on a pebble or a rock, you can literally feel it. The sole is literally millimeters thinner, now you will need to resole your shoe after 60 days of wear. I would rather you raise the price, then sacrifice the quality that you have been known for. Honestly, when I walked in, I had no intention of buying anything because I was really just browsing for the sake of shopping. My niece was looking for a small messenger type handbag and I wasn't actually ready to buy a 16-year girl a Tory Burch handbag just yet. I don't want her growing up to be like her auntie and keep working her way up to an even more expensive bag by the time she turns 18. I somehow ended up buying myself a really nice Mercer Dome handbag and a matching Mercer Continental wallet because Leanna was so sweet and attentive. I loved the neutral color. It was a cross between a light pink and beige so it was close enough to what I was looking for. I love white handbags, but I wasn't really ready to commit to another set just yet. The Mercer handbag is perfect for everyday use because it's a convertible tote and cross body style handbag. Lately, it's just been a lot easier having a cross body type bag because I have way too much to carry already, especially when I'm flying. I also ended up buying my younger sister a super cute little black messenger bag as well. She was definitely happy with her gift. So even though I didn't plan to buy anything, but the great service that I received from Leanna compelled me to splurge on myself & my sister. I came here in the middle of May. There were some great Mother's Day sales and promotions and what have you. That was great and all but their service was pretty shoddy. I had to locate a lot of things on my own because some sales people just weren't willing to leave their posts, or said that they couldn't although they looked like they were wandering the store a few moments later. I got the feeling that they didn't give a care about me or my girlfriend. I had to track someone down on the shoe floor. It was crazy there and I can understand why. There were tons of people there scurrying to find shoes that they liked and to find out they were an additional 50% off like the signage said. There were plenty of families there trying to pull on the arms of sales people to get their attention. I had a salesman put his hand up in front of my face and tell me to hold on. I hadn't even said anything to him, not yet. I almost didn't want to but I tried to be more than understanding of the fact that the store was crazy and he didn't know any better as to how to treat customers when things were so hectic. Their selection was pretty nice and things were, for the most part, organized. There were some good deals and then things that you thought would be at lower prices, weren't at all. It was odd. I have been crying myself to sleep over night over a bag that I should have purchased but didn't. It was such a good deal and it was more than 55% off. Oh well. I'll come back in the fall and see what there is to see. I didn't like the service there and again, I'm trying to be more than understanding but if I am continued to be treated that way, you can bet that I can take myself to a whole different store selling a much more highly sought after brand. I like TB for their everyday durability but I definitely deserve more from a brand who says that they are about the customers, and like to draw attention to their efforts of empowering women. Got some amazing deals here!! When I got here there was a sign in front saying everything in the store was 40% off. I was a little skeptical and decided to walk in before singing my hallelujahs. Then I get in and asked the guy working there if it was true and he said yes and that there were additional sales on certain items too. I ended up getting a pair of ballet flats (20% off on top of the 40% off store wide sale going on...that's 60% off!) they were valued at $225. I also got two pairs of flip flops both of which normally go for around $50 a pair. All three of the shoes ended up costing me a grand total of $160. What a steal! The store was busy but there was no line at the door like some of the other reviewers said. I found that the customer service was very good here too. They had a guy on the floor asking if you wanted to try on any shoes and if you did then he got on his ear piece and called the back and had them bring them up front. This system they have in place is very efficient and I wasn't waiting around long for my shoes to be brought to me. It took about a minute for them to get delivered to me from the back. This guy with the earpiece really stayed on top of it too. He also took my items once I decided to get them and had them placed at the front so I didn't have to walk around the whole store with them in my hands as I continued to look around. That was pretty awesome. The register girl was very friendly and nice and there wasn't a long line. She did inform me that I did get really lucky when I came in because of the deals going on and how few people were there so I don't know if my experience is the norm. Regardless I left a happy customer and I'll definitely be returning again. I only wish I looked up this place sooner before my past purchases of their online store where I paid full price. Superb staff...There was a line outside the store which was no surprise since it was the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. I was greeted by a staff member as I got in line and offered water shortly after. The staff member briefed us on the current sale while we waited. A short ten minutes later, I was in the store. The store was packed yet I was offered assistance immediately. I noticed each sales associate was assisting at least 3-4 clients at a time yet the service felt very personalized. I was very impressed by their training. I was pleased that they had a very nice selection of TB shoes available (boots, lots of Reva flats, heels, sandals and wedges.) So many styles to choose from. The sales associate assisting me was very courteous and knowledgeable about their products. I left with several pairs and a cute little Amanda purse. I love my wedges. Bought a matching purse and wallet here. I am by no means a Tory Burch virgin, I have many of their bags, and after seeing the way they treat their customers in store, this purchase was my last. Long story short, they sold me the wrong bag. I didn't realize until I got home, on the other side of the planet. I called and after a week of back and forth and being treated like it was MY fault that they sold me the wrong purse, I finally managed to get the wrong one back to them (because it's MY fault) and they refused to do anything until I sent the wrong purse back to them.This was 99% via email, so it's all in writing. Yesterday, 3 EFFING WEEKS after they screwed me over and cost me more money, 3 weeks after going back and forth, Anne, the airhead, and mentally deficient supervisor decided to call me 7 times in 10 minutes interrupting a business call to ask for a credit card number After calling me and yelling at me for asking her if she knew how to communicate with Ronica, the woman I had been dealing with. Apparently Tory Burch does not believe in providing any level of customer service to outlet customers. I had never bought a Tory outlet bag before, but after your lack of concern from corporate, I won't be back. Congratulations to Anne and Ronica at the store, your lack of urgency, customer service and professionalism cost your company money and a lifelong customer. Whenever I get the bag I bought 3 weeks ago, I'll be selling it off along with my other Tory bags. You proved to me that Tory Burch is not a luxury brand at all, and your customer service sucks. Update: After nearly a month, it took literally 10+ phone calls, emails, and finally threats of a demand letter and civil litigation(after I returned the wrong bag) to corporate to get the outlet store to send me a purse, albeit not the one I bought. Anna and the store manager lied to me for over a week and said the bag had been sent, when it had not. They are some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. The district manager offered me a "discount" to get my business back, which was nothing more than adding insult to injury. If corporate cares anything about their reputation, this store should be closed immediately or at least a liquidation of staff, but now i know that profits over customers is the Tory Burch motto. We were greeted as soon as we entered and asked if we needed help with anything or looking for a product in particular. The girl that was helping me showed me all the options they had for wallets, and helped me decide on which one to buy. The checkout process went very smoothly as well, with the cashier coming around to meet me on the other side of the counter to give me the bag with my new wallet! This store is RACIST! If not racist, at least actively exhibits implicit, bigoted biases toward African Americans. I came to this particular store with the hopes of buying my mother a purse for her birthday. I came to the store with the expectation that since this is considered a "luxury retail" store, I would receive a warm welcome, proper assistance, and a relatively smooth check-out. This was not the case at all. I was greeted at the door by a greeter, and I proceed to explore the options that the store had. I perused several bags and found a few that piqued my interest. I began searching around for an employee to assist, but no one came to aid me. At this point, I'm approximately 5-10 minutes in and not one single employee approached me. Furthermore, I experienced 3 different employees walk by me, and didn't even acknowledge me, however, I witnessed 6 different sets of people receive assistance within 2 MINUTES of being in the store. Obviously, I'm being ignored because I'm African American and all the other customers were either European American, Asian American, or of other ethnicities that were not African American. After 15 minutes of complete disbelief, I decided to leave the store, and upon my departure, the same greeter said, "Thank you! Come again!" I expressed to her that I would like to speak with a manager." She left and then returned with a manager a few moments later. I explained to her the situation and she simply stated that they were sorry and would "look into it." I told her not to bother because they not only lost my business for today, but they lost any future business that I would give them, and I will be telling everyone I know that this store is racist! I finally made it to the Tory Burch store here at the LV premium outlet - North. A lot of stores in Las Vegas tends to greet you once you enter their store. I was not greeted and no one offered if I needed any help. The store was small and there were like 5 people working there. I was looking at their shoe collection and it took me 15 minutes to find someone to help me get my size. Seriously, 15 minutes inside a small store. Every single time I go to a person they would always say, "Be right with you, hold on, or I'll tell someone to help you." After that they didnt even bother to tell me if they had the size or not, they just put the shoe away. I came here yesterday to check out the sale they have I was not fully well dressed nor had make up on (I'm a local btw) anyway I was accompanied by my husband and two of my kids which were toddlers while I was browsing thru the bags there was this Hispanic lady long black hair I don't know her name made some rude facial expression and remarks but I let it slide and went on. Toddlers can be handful but they were not rowdy nor loud but my 4 yr old climb up the couch but we immediately stop her and told her to sit down right when I turned she rolled her eyes and said something. I want to begin by saying that the customer service here ebbs and flows. However, that is due to how incredibly busy this store is. I've been in and left without trying on anything and I've been in and had stellar service and had to restrain myself from buying everything they had in my size. In my experience there has always been a correlation between the number of customers in the store and the level of service I receive. However, I cannot fault the store for this discrepancy. Most customers congregate around the shoes, which makes it difficult for the staff to take care of everyone in an efficient manner. However, I am usually offered a beverage and I can always tell that the associates are trying their very best to take care of all customers. As far as the inventory goes, there is always seasonal clothing (casual, dressy, and work appropriate). There is always a variety of handbags, wallets, makeup bags, and other accessories. Last, but certainly not least, there is always a wide array of shoes. Flats, heels, wedges, closed toe, peep toe, flip-flops...they have it all. Sandals are almost always available. Boots and booties make an appearance in the fall and winter. If you're visiting Las Vegas or if you live nearby it is worth a stop! This is my favorite store in the Las Vegas Premium Outlet North center. They have a fairly good selection of merchandise to pick from. The last time I visited this location, they were having a 20% off Spring sale event going on which has never happened before. So, I was forced to walk out with bags of shoes and handbags. :-) Superb customer service. Ask for Orlando Hill. He was awesome. Well educated with the merchandise and very informative. For items they didn't have in stock, he tracked it down at other locations and had it shipped to my home for free. They ran out of water on my last visit, so he kept loading me up on soda. The best!! This place is so crowded that there is often a "bouncer" outside letting people in. Don't be intimidated. Once you get in there it's like a bunch of girlfriends raiding each others closets.. Lots of fun and happiness. The girl who helped us was a breath of fresh air. Devin was her name. She gave us the real low down on the shoes ("notice all of us who work here are wearing the Eddie flats") and was just so friendly and so great. We walked out of there with no fewer than 4 pairs.
