Have waited over 6 weeks for a delivery. And now they say it'll be another 2 weeks. Was told they'd be here to delivery a bed at 4pm, waited till 6, got a call running late it'll be 8:15pm, NEVER SHOWED NEVER CALLED BACK. Next day called store manager, weak. Couldn't address it until Monday and no guarantee on any results. WOW...DONT BUY HERE. PERIOD. And that's why the have a horrible rating and will be CLOSED UP SOON. read more

Worst Macy's ever!! The sales associates are all so "busy" doing nothing they are also so rude I asked If someone could help me I really wanted help finding a jacket and the sales associate literally laughed and said we are all busy good luck finding it, I was shocked!! Don't bother going here if you actually want any help in the jewelry department. This witch in the jewelry department, who was speaking Russian, I know I understand it too. Was too busy talking to her friend at the counter about politics than to help my husband and I. We wanted to look at a watch we were interested in purchasing that day. When we interrupted nicely to ask for help when she was finished with the other customer her first words to us were. "Do you just want to know the price?" in the rudest tone like we were beneath her. They then walked around to the other side of the counter to finish their conversation. I told my husband I didn't even want to look at the watch at that location anymore after about 5 more minutes of waiting. We left. The rest of the store was ok. But this lady ruined the entire visit! read more

Sales here are good but they never seem to have enough staff onsite. But when you are also to find someone, they are always very helpful. Brands are limited in places like home goods and shoe department. In all it's a great place to stop by to find some good deals but it can be limited. read more

I usually don't shop here and I came to look at and maybe buy some white square dishes. For one everything is WAY over priced. For two there is very little staff and took me about 15 minutes to find someone. At least WHEN someone does show up they are nice and pretty helpful. But it still takes them forever to find what you want on their system. I do not shop here often as I said and I don't think I ever will with this service. read more

I went in to find a dress for a wedding. I found one I thought might work but wanted to check Nordstrom and Dillard's first. I asked the clerk if she could hold it for an hour for me. She rolled her eyes at me and said, "Either you want it or you don't!" I was so shocked to be treated this way by a clerk that I handed her the dress and left the store. I went in to buy a winter coat. I am a little over weight and wear a size 1 women. I was informed they do not sell any winter coats in plus sizes at all. I couldn't believe it, but sure enough after looking at all the racks of winter coats there was not one plus size. I had to leave and take my business to Burlington Coat Factory where I found a huge selection of all kinds of coats in plus sizes and for over half what Macy's was charging for the same kind of coats. I'll never shop at Macy's. I found a wonderful coat at Burlington Coat Factory at just the right price! read more

I was in the jewelry department yesterday eyeing something that was locked in a case (not an expensive piece or anything, just a piece of costume jewelry). There was a stockperson setting up displays literally 2 feet from me, of course I didn't expect her to help me because that's not her job. There were 3 Associates in the jewelry department. One of them refused to leave her perch at Fine Jewelry. I waved at a second and she looked right at me and held up a finger, then she went over to the lady at Fine Jewelry and started to complain about how bad her boots hurt (yes, I could hear her) and then the third associate was "helping" another customer. By helping, I mean she and the customer were looking through the Clearance stuff and the salesperson was actually trying jewelry on herself and asking the customer for her opinion. I left for a few minutes and came back to see if anyone would help me, and one of them came up to me to ask me if I was the one who needed help with chains. Suddenly the stockperson turned around and said, "No! It's not her! It's that person over there!" I mentioned that I had been waiting for help, and the associate said that they were all too busy and started laughing. Frustrated, I said that this was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced and the Associate just walked away. There's no excuse for Customer Service this poor! Save yourself the trouble and go to Dillards at the other end of the Mall. You will find the exact same merchandise and employees who are actually willing to help you. read more

Awful experience with their furniture department. Spent $5,000 on furniture there, waited as it was being "made" for two weeks, then had delivery completely blown off without a phone call. Then told we have to wait another two and one half weeks to have a delivery because it was not convenient for them to deliver it in our area (Broomfield). Customer service is terrible. Resolution policies are terrible and over all experiencing has been terrible.To hell with them. read more

Greetings all. My wife and I purchased furniture at Macy's after shopping around quite a bit. Initially very happy, but after about 18 months had an issue with a motor for the reclining portion of our couch. First of all, all service is contracted out, not done by Macys (if u didnt know that). Took at least 10 days to get someone out. Then, they had to order parts for it , which at this time is on day 35 and still holding. I cant believe ANYTHING in the world cant be freakin shipped from Mars or Siberia in that amount of time. Pathetic customer service, id shove the couch through their store window if i could. No way id recommend Macy's to anyone. read more

Jewelry Department. I was shopping in Macys, Sunday, Dec. 13, and I had one item to return to the Jewelry Dept. While returning it, the sales lady showed me another item. While I was looking at it, she walked away to help another customer and she never came back. My original return was never taken care of when she left me alone. I went to pay for a pair of sandals in the shoe department. The clerk said that I could save $3.00 if I used my Macy's card. So I pull out my card, which has no expiration date, and try to pay. The clerk tells me that I have not used my card recently, and that I must update my information before I can make a purchase. The screen then asks my social security #, how much I owe on my home (nothing), what my yearly income is and other personnel questions. I then stand there for at least 5-10 minutes while the clerk is waiting for the people making the decisions on the other end of the line, to give the go ahead on the purchase. After what seemed like an eternity, because other people were waiting in line and hearing this conversation, the clerk then tells me that I can't make a purchase with my card and will have to fill out an application which would ONLY take another 5 or 10 minutes more. I was embarrassed and furious by now. First because I already had a valid card, I have impeccable credit and owe no one, and because they asked for personnel information and then rejected me, all after a long delay, for absolutely no valid reason that I can discern. I then told the clerk that Macy's could keep its card, and that I will never shop there again. I also infrequently use other cards, and have never incurred such a problem. This store needs much better PR skills, because they just lost a customer! read more
