And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself.
