Anthony Russo helped me by experimenting with several cords he had and he concluded it was the box of my charger that was bad. Fortunately he had one that worked for my laptop. I took my laptop to AIM for repairs where he claimed he could repair it, or clean it up so good, I could send it back to Dell under my warranty. After 4 days, I finally get my laptop back. Take it home and power it up to have the keyboard die on me 5 keystrokes in. I immediately returned to him with the laptop to show him the keyboard no longer worked.
