Matt was resourceful and tracked down a difficult to find keyboard replacement for my laptop. His estimate and time frame came in a little lower than the competition so I went with him. He was diligent in giving me periodic updates about the shipment of the keyboard including tracking information that let me know exactly when it would arrive. Neither of us anticipated the challenge that came in the replacement keyboard needing to be glued rather than screwed into the laptop. I know it was extra work for him but he stuck to his original price. It's no fun to have your keyboard go out and discover that the manufacturer wants to make it as difficult as possible for you to replace it, but Matt saw me through the challenging repair with flying colors and I would recommend him as someone who is fair, honest, industrious with wide knowledge of computer issues. read more

Matt was terrific. . He clearly knows what he is doing. I live in another state so he worked virtually with me. I'm not a computer person so he was was clear and patient with me. He was able to translate into layman's terms what the problem was, how to fix it, then he proceed to help me do it. He worked like AppleCare does. Safe secure virtual program. I also had to send my laptop to be fix and upgraded which gave me 5 more years out of my computer and saved me a ton of money. It was an easy experience. He set it up for me. Matt recently helped my 83-year-old dad when his laptop suddenly went dark and it turned out the motherboard was fried. This was very distressing for him, as he relies on his computer daily for financial work. My entire experience was great. From the very beginning I knew that Matt was the right fit to work on my son's gaming computer. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated at ever step of the diagnosis. He shared screen shots of all the diagnostic results of each components. He listened to my concerns about costs and offered to use salvaged components that he had on hand at no cost. The end resulted in a computer that was many times faster and well suited for the gaming it will be used for. After I brought the computer home my son was having problems connecting his Bluetooth heasdset and Matt helped walk him thru resolving that issue. Spoke with Matt, he was super helpful! I explained what our problem was with our printer, and he explained that the only thing he could do to resolve it was not likely to actually work. So he suggested we'd be better off buying a replacement. As our printer is 6 or 8 years old, that made good sense. Matt suggested reliable, good quality printers to buy, which was very helpful. I was sorry that we had nothing to give him for the good advice, but I have definitely added him to our Contacts in case we need service in the future.
