I ultimately asked to reschedule. What was most disappointing was that rather than receiving an acknowledgment or apology for the lack of communication, I was made to feel as though my request to reschedule was an inconvenience. I completely understand that salons run behind and schedules change. My issue is not the wait itself, but how both situations were handled. A simple acknowledgment, update, or apology would have gone a long way. I really enjoy my nail tech and her work, which is why it's disappointing that the overall salon experience and lack of professional communication have left me feeling this way.
