When I called back to confirm I was on my way, I was then told not to come because the salon was fully booked. Today, I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 1:30 and waited approximately 22 minutes without anyone acknowledging the delay or communicating how much longer the wait would be. I ultimately asked to reschedule. What was most disappointing was that rather than receiving an acknowledgment or apology for the lack of communication, I was made to feel as though my request to reschedule was an inconvenience. I completely understand that salons run behind and schedules change. My issue is not the wait itself, but how both situations were handled. A simple acknowledgment, update, or apology would have gone a long way.
