Chanè is very nice and makes the experience very comfortable. She gives you really good instructions to find the suite so it's super easy to find the suite as long as you follow the directions. The website has very detailed prep instructions, and after care instructions which is so helpful if you're not a frequent tanner. During the appointment Chanè asked me questions to ensure that the tan was what I wanted, and also made sure all my questions were answered. BEST IN SAN ANTONIO! My friend and I both got a spray tan and it was VERY last minute! She was very attentive, quick to reply, and precise!!!!! This is a very late review... I came here right before my wedding in Aruba in July. I had never had a professional self tan prior, I had always done the usual home self tanning lotion. I took a leap of faith the night before i left the country on my very first professional spray tan... BEFORE MY WEDDING ON A BEACH, and I'm so HAPPY I did. It looked absolutely AMAZING. I called for a few days (during their business hours) and all I kept getting was a recording. They finally returned my call but they had no availability for a spray tan. I told them I bought this Groupon specifically for my trip. Without trying to accommodate me, the receptionist told me I can try to get to a refund through Groupon. I was looking forward to scheduling a facial and massage as well, won't be going back. They have terrible business hours by the way. 11-4pm Tues-Saturday. read more

Amazing service!! I bought a Groupon back in May for 3 tans. I used one that month when they were at La Cantera and then life happened so I wasn't able to use the other 2 shorty after. This month of October I decided to ask if they were still good and they were super nice about it and said I could still use them. Now they are mobile so they came to my house to do the spray tan. They treated me as if I was paying full price. They gave a great service and answer any question. The tan color was a great both times I had it done. My husband loved it :) Do recommend them!! Chane really is amazing at her job. I have had many spray tans and have had a person who spray tans the Tropicana models so my tan.....She is better. I did not have a single streak and the color was brown and not orange. Plus, I liked her. I am too shy to leave a picture, maybe next time.
