Very nice decor and setting with two main rooms. As you walk in there is a greeting desk. I have to it appeared we would get super service as the prices are extremely high. I paid a total not including tip. $131.25 what I got was a lavender pedicure which felt rushed. I also had the deluxe manicure. Again rushed job and only one coat. Nails were soaked in cold water. Now I requested eyebrow tint. First of all sge waxed my eyebrows and literally removed half of carefully growned eyebrows which I maintained. Then the tint lasted one day and washed out. I was not asked what shade or color I wanted. Will not return unfortunately I was not impressed. Friendly clean and nice location but will try another venue. read more

So I ended up going back since my husband had bought me and my daughter gift cards here for Christmas last year. The pedicure as it was last time, was amazing. The tech took her time and was very attentive. The manicurist was quick and my nails looked good. So why still the 4 stars. I had stated me and my daughter wanted a pedicure and a manicure when we went in. My daughter finished first with her pedicure and was seated at the manicurist table before my pedicure was done. When I sat at the station, the tech asked what I wanted done. I said a manicure. Another employee told her I wanted a full set. The tech asked me again what I wanted, and I stated a manicure with shellac. That made me wonder what my daughter was getting done since she was still at the manicurist station, and she had a good 15 minutes on me. When she was done, she came over to me, and I saw the tech had done a full set. Now my daughter should have said something, but didn't since she felt funny. My daughter's nails were already long, so I don't know why the tech would have done a full set. They looked nice, but my daughter was unhappy since she wanted her own nails. I don't know why they thought a manicure means a full set, but my advice would be to make it perfectly clear what you want done. Especially if you have your child getting serviced as well. This in the second time there has been an issue with a manicure. Actually my advice would be to only go for a pedicure. read more

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Prices are ridiculously high for subpar work and lack of customer service. I've gotten my nails done here twice and the first time I couldn't have been happier. Nathan did a great job and earned every dollar charged. $75 for a full set and design seems reasonable when the work is good. Knowing I needed to get them done again I called to make an appointment with Nathan which was confirmed and set. When I arrived the owner informed me Nathan wasn't there, so I reluctantly waited for the next tech. Since Nathan wouldn't have been able to do them I opted out for the design I wanted and went with a simple modified French tip (A V tip instead of a straight across line).after finishing the polish the tech filed my nails again removing the polish on the sides and tip, making my fresh nails look weeks old already the line work is terrible and the base acrylic she used is way too dark for my skin tone. At this point I'm just ready to leave and decided to take this as a sign to only use Nathan but it wasn't until I went to pay that I decided to never return.... At checkout they informed me my service was $80 I was shocked and asked for a breakdown of the pricing $55 for a full set $20 for design and $5 for removing my previous set. I have gotten French tips for 10 years and have never paid $20 for them considering it uses half the polish that would be used regularly! And $5 for removal would be fine if they actually soaked off my nails but instead she RIPPED THEM OFF and still charged me for what I could have done at home! read more

I'm so disappointed in my pedicure that I'm so glad I took my own (new) polish so I can fix it at home The service was amazing until I saw the polish work outside.... the cuticle area is horrible,the edges are missing polish,the topcoat is missing around the cuticle and not to mention he missed polishing the nail completely in other areas Horrible polish job! Maybe they need better lighting in the pedicure area I even checked the toe separators to see if I had done that when I removed them and there was no polish on it Sad! The energy and lack of kindness and friendliness at JT nails has been miserable each of the 3 times I went. I tried but I'm done. I asked a couple of questions about the difference in some services but apparently I should walk in knowing everything I want right away and not question anything. The man (who I believe is the owner) was just rude, and I felt stupid for asking questions like I was an annoyance For having them. I became very apprehensive to ask anything. He also didn't answer one question I asked at all. He is also very loudly vocal/borderline obnoxious about some very personal and controversial opinions that I can imagine would have offended many customers. It did me for the group he was targeting. I also asked my nail technician gently if she could file a little more like the shape I requested cause I noticed she didn't, and was abruptly told, "this IS like that." Clearly it wasn't because I asked. I was also referencing a picture and explaining nicely my preference. I was in disbelief and not wanting to go back and forth, but also I want what I asked for. It was so miserable. My solution? Well, 3 times of rudeness and poor service is enough for me. I will go to a place where they warmly greet people, and don't mind if people have questions or requests. Kindness and atmosphere do matter. When I pay for a service I expect the staff to be friendly. Perhaps some people don't care, but the negative energy in this place is absolutely not for me. 0 stars for customer service. 3.5 stars for my nails. read more
