Staff is in HURRY to provide 'extended special paid for' pedicure within minutes.....RUSH RUSH RUSH...............makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. Have been going since they first opened in town and while I try to support them, the services are just not worth the money any longer. TODAY I was the only one getting a pedicure and I was still rushed within 30 minutes. AND it would help if employees who are on lunch or break, that they take out of sight of customers. I went a couple weeks ago to get the white tips on my toes. The lady was working on my toes as I was giving her instructions on what I wanted. she acted like I was being a pain in the butt. Her son then came and started working on someone else's feet in the chair next to me. The lady then started speaking in her language to her son and he responded back to her. I can still see body language and hear tone without understanding the language. I suspected they were talking about me, so I asked the son (who spoke English) "what are yall saying?" To which he replied, "Nothing it's personal." It's rude to speak in a different language when you're in the United States and have American clients. Keep your mouth shut or speak English. I am a great tipper so you lost out. read more

Slow service, messy, not particularly clean feeling, and noisy (loud radio and tv). I asked for a manicure and a pedicure but an hour and twenty minutes later only received the pedicure. The pedicure is decent but I did not get my money's worth. Sorry US Nails, I won't be coming back. read more

The interior is luxurious, the equipment is pristine and clean, the people are friendly and efficient, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. They always take me in promptly without an appointment and their work is flawless. I get my eyebrows done with them as well, which is quick and affordable. Always do a wonderful job, going back tomorrow after being there twice to get the SNS nail dip redone after a month and a half! I am very hard on my nails so for them to last this long is amazing! This is a sad review to write. I've been going to US nails for at least 7 years. I'm not the most frequent customer, but I'm a once a month customer. In the past year I've become increasingly dissatisfied. I don't make appointments, so I never mind waiting. I do mind being told to come back another day, or, as happened a couple of months ago, got my pedicure and THEN told to come back the next day and there were customers that came after I did and they were being taken care of. But my last visit will be my last visit. One of the technicians is very rough and frequently hurts my cuticles and he has decided that I am his exclusive customer. I decided to let someone else do my pedicure so he rushed over and started my manicure and it was awful. I did something I never do and I went back the next day for a redo. He did it at no charge but he actually yelled at me for going directly to the pedicure bowl rather than waiting for him to finish his other customer. I know I am getting cranky in my old age, but this was too much. read more

They looked at my nails and didn't have to say anything at all I could tell that they agreed with me that i had received a poor job. They redid my nails and they look and feel GREAT!!!
