Nice place for a quick pedicure. The prices aren't bad and the employee took very good care of me. I love a massage chair so that was nice and they also do free paraffin wax with pedicures. He massages my legs as well. Pedicure was only $25. They have a large selection of colors to choose from. In and out super quick. I would definitely come here again. Very quiet place unlike some nails salons that are always loud and busy. read more

I tried this place on four separate occasions and each time their customer service was horrible. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt as they were busy and continued to go back. I finally decided it's not that they're busy it's that they just don't care and are rude. The last time I came Steve started my nails and when another client walked in he just handed me off to Daniel without saying a word to me and started on the other client. I figured she may be his regular client and she probably had an appointment with him do I let it go. This time I scheduled an appt and when I arrived I wasn't even acknowledged and Daniel was nowhere to be found. I got up to leave and was told "honey just pick your color Daniel will take you right now". Fifteen minutes later still no Daniel. Needless to say I went to Queen nails and will not be coming back. read more

My won't go anywhere else in Kerrville. She loves this place and all have to say is honey how long has it been since you had a manicure or a pedicure and she is ready to go. They do a great job with her French tip nails that I adore and they stand up and last well for months with very little maintenance between trips to the salon. Yep, I love this place too because I've been a few times too! We both recommend it... of course its a real joke when they ask what color I want on my nails and I say some outrageous of the wall color that does not exist... and then smile and say just buff them. Oh and my wallet likes Pro Nails too! read more

If I could rate a place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place at all. They were rude as soon as we walked in and didn't let my friend pick her colors. Then after watching them start my acrylics after getting acrylics for years and always watching them get done, they glued the tips on crooked and put so much acrylic gel it was falling off my nail. I asked to have my nails removed politely and the lady doing them threw a tantrum and started crying and threw the utensil. I was also not the only one who asked to get their nails removed. Terrible customer service, never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. read more

I too went to the other place and I swear I caught something leaving me unable to get a pedicure for months. Obviously I wasn't going back there. Pro nails is in the mall but has easy access. They are polite, it's clean. It's worth checking out!! read more

Let me preface this story by saying I had already gotten my nails done today when I found myself at Pro Nails. I had gone elsewhere for a polish change and was so dissatisfied that I immediately walked across the parking lot and headed into Pro Nails. The gentleman working today was alone for most of the time I was there, but still managed to handle four customers efficiently and politely. My mangled nail job was a cinch for him to fix--I came in with raggedy, uneven edges and bubbled, misapplied polish, and he fixed me up in less than twenty minutes. They look great! He was sorry to hear of my experiences across the parking lot, and expressed his sadness that that particular salon gets far more business than he does, so I figured I'd write him a review. Thank you, sir, for saving the day! (I'm going to a product launch at Schreiner Goods tonight and would have been horrified had I shown up with the first round of polish--absolutely horrified). read more

Just not the professionalism I'm used to in larger cities. They wanted me to soak in acetone to take off my old gel polish as opposed to wrapping my nails. Cleanliness was questionable. The polishing itself was fine. read more
