I always soak them off and get new ones applied. She told me she would fill them instead. I didn't really want to do that as I've never done it before, but she talked me into it. When I asked her to give me French Tips, she used shellac... not what I asked for at all! And, to top it off, it ended up costing me more than I usually pay! If you decide to go in, tell them not to send you to Cindy!! Also...there is not a pricing sign anywhere, so you never know what you will be paying!

Today, I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 1:30 and waited approximately 22 minutes without anyone acknowledging the delay or communicating how much longer the wait would be. I ultimately asked to reschedule. What was most disappointing was that rather than receiving an acknowledgment or apology for the lack of communication, I was made to feel as though my request to reschedule was an inconvenience. I completely understand that salons run behind and schedules change. My issue is not the wait itself, but how both situations were handled. A simple acknowledgment, update, or apology would have gone a long way.
